Tomorrow, Alex told me that we are going home tomorrow but by then my scent will be less strong as it is now. There was no one wolf in sight, only humans who are at the very moment are useless.

I needed someone who has an advance scent of smell, someone who can tell me if Alex marked me or mated with me.

“This is ridiculous!” I grumble to myself just as I dive deeper in the water.

Are you alright? Alex said to the mind link and I couldn’t help but smile at the thought that he is worried about me. I swam to the surface and sent Alex a smile from where he patiently waits for with some milkshakes on his hands.

I’m cool. I answered back and swam back to the beach. I couldn’t find any nice sea shell. I lied.

Alex seems like he wasn’t convince but he drop the subject which I was grateful for and hand me my chocolate milkshake. “You know, we could go shopping if you want. There’s a mall here just fifteen minutes drive.”

I look at him like he just grown another pair of head. “You want us to go shopping?” I ask in disbelieve.

“Sure, why not?” He said with shrug and continues, “Isn’t that what you girls like to do on your spare time?”

I laugh shaking my head. “No, I don’t go shopping on my spare time. I do training on my free time.” I said with a smile.

“Then…” He trailed off. “Do you want to do some training then?”

“Sure!” I said, excitedly.

The rest of the morning, Alex and I went and looked for some privacy. By noon we found a forest about an hour away from where we were staying. We sniff the area and found no trace of any other beings.

Alex and I started our training in human forms. He was treating me gently at first, scared that he might hurt me but took everything seriously after I beat his ass and hurt his ego. By four we were in our wolf form training.

We didn’t stop training until Alex’s stomach decide to let its present known by letting the longest and loudest growl I heard. Alex was embarrassed at first but joins in laughing moments later.

It was nine in the evening by the time we reach our cottage. Alex let me shower first while he starts making dinner. By the time I finish, Alex was making mash potatoes while roasted pork was in the oven. I kick him out of the kitchen eventually teasing him that he smells too bad.

By the time he finish his shower, I had prepared the table and set everything up. Hungrily, we ate in silent, too engross with the foods on our plate.

“Hey, ready for bed?” Alex said with a yawn.

“You go ahead; I clear up the rest of the plate.” I suggested. Alex opens his mouth but I beat him to it. “Seriously Alex, I’ll be fine beside you look dead.” Alex grumbles something under his breath but I didn’t get to hear it as I got distracted with the plate on my hand nearly slipping off.

I looked back up only to see Alex was gone. I smile and started cleaning up. I been spoiled since I started spending time with Alex. It was my turn to spoil him this time.

I start ticking off some stuff I’ll do for Alex starting with breakfast tomorrow until we go home.

By the time I finish the dishes, I got quite a lot of ideas to do for Alex. I started humming as I make my way to the bathroom and start getting ready to sleep. I scoot towards Alex, making sure to put his arms around my waist as I tuck myself in.

Silently, I slip off the bed which was quite a challenge as Alex refuse to let me go. I didn’t get away until I quickly switch a pillow for my own waist. Mentally I sigh out of relief when Alex didn’t wake up.
