Alasia woke up late that day

Alasia woke up late that day.

After having a nice lavender and verbena bath, she got dressed in a nice halter sundress, the colour a dark navy.

Rhen was right, she truly had no colours without these ones. She smiled absently.

One of these days, when the war is over - or perhaps when it is at hold, and everyone around her is safe, she will go visit the centre. If only to spite the Prime, if only to offer Rhen a place to go if he ever wanted out.

And it wasn't as though they could ever harm her with her magic now returned. And even if they would try to drug her, Alasia had been trained to be the Third of the Prime, she was a force to be reckoned with even without the sparks from her wand.

Sirius was already in the kitchen when she treaded down. His hair were shorter than before and his stubble was now becoming more of a beard. Grey eyes looked up to her, and lit up like the dawn sky.

"Hello, love."

"Morning." She chimed, going to peck his lips. He only pulled her back and kissed her harder.

"I missed you," She chuckled.

"I missed you, too," He smiled warmly at her, kissing her forehead. "The Weasleys are out in lawn, doing something about gnomes. Remus and Moody have a mission together and Arthur is at work. Fred and George have moved out and Harry is still sleeping."

"He's still sleeping?" Alasia's brows shot up. "I woke up late! I didn't think someone could sleep after me."

"Well, he hasn't been having nightmares anymore I think." Sirius said. "It's good that the boy is getting at least a bit of sleep."

She nodded, grinning when Sirius dropped hot waffles and egg toast in plates in front of her. "Tonks?"

"She's sick, she says." he said. "She's in the living room, in front of the fire."

Alasia hummed and Sirius continued, pouring tea for himself as he sat across from her. "How'd meeting with Slughorn go?"

"Oh, it was alright." She said between mouthfuls. "Dumbledore's tactics worked, I'm surprised."

"So he's coming to teach?" She nodded. "I don't understand why he wanted him to come, isn't Potions taught by Snape?"

"I think Snape will teach Defence now." Alasia provided. "Perhaps, he finally got Dumbledore to agree with appointing him."

"I think Dumbledore wasn't appointing Snape only because the job was cursed and he didn't want to lose a professor as good as him."

Alasia choked on her toast. "I'm sorry, did you just compliment Snape!?"

Sirius rolled his eyes. "As much as I despise Snivellous, he's good at potions."

"Well, I don't know..." She frowned. "Something just feels off. Dumbledore wouldn't go to such lengths only to bring Slughorn for teaching. Plus, last night," She took some of his tea, "Slughorn said that Dumbledore had been by a dozen times before and every time, he'd refused."
