Part 11

It's his name. I knew that since God knows how long? I was totally out of words because it was definitely not expected and judging from his expression, he didn't expected that too.

I know I know, I already won. But this win doesn't looks like a victory rather, it's kinda destiny. I don't believe in these things but damn just look at this mess. I knew him, he knew me. We met again at the library and proposed this challenge.

When I couldn't get the council position, I met him at the pool. He is the head of the Podcast department and I was assigned to be under his assistance. I met him at the party where I even got to know his real identity. I was fighting to make a decision whether to stay beside him or ignore everything.

The answer is already in front of me. I can't ignore it. The gates of heaven had already made me win and I can't return back from where I've arrived. But does he also know my real name already? He could not just overlook his own vice head. Apparently, if he knows my name then he'll be the winner since he was the one to contact me first.

Uffff!!! Who is the winner at last!??

It was a mess, my mind. Until two fingers snapped me out. "Miss, are you okay?" It was Jay. I couldn't utter a single word of explanation, so I just nodded and looked back at the figure at the door of this room. His eyes went normal indicating he understood the whole situation already.

"Hey, never thought we'll meet like this? Welcome to the department." He came smiling to me and pushed his right palm forward for a handshake for a new journey to start. I quickly accepted it and smiled back. "Thank you I guess." It was awkward.

"Jay, I'll take this interview from here, you may leave." Jay was confused because he just mentioned that the interview was already over. "Dude the interview is already-"...."I still have my questions dude, let me please." Jay sighed and went out after bidding me a good day.

"Have a seat and be comfortable." He gestured me to seat. He was still smiling. I don't mind that honestly but why is he smiling at me? "So...I know you've been interviewed but still as my Vice person, I've got questions that I wanna ask and rules to present."

"So first of all, let me know what's your excellency and how much versatile you are. There will be multiples when you will have to be flexible and do the work you've never done."

"I'm practically not good at anything. But fortunately, I believe in watching and learning. I'm a fast learner and I can learn things by visualizing them or actually watching them."

"Okay....and hope you don't have darkness fear because sometimes due the classes, we usually work at night and so your presence might be needed. Will you be comfortable being just one call away at any time of the day? Of course if you have reasons then you'll be excused."

"I guess that's even better cuz I usually love getting out at night for a walk or so, it'll not be a obstacle for me. I'll be just one call away."

"Okay! Finally...you will always have to stay beside me. You will have to be with me whenever I want you to. You will have to work alongside me and all your work will be inclusive of me. I know we've got some cons but are you okay keeping personal issues to the side?"

I knew he was indicating to Sunghoon and he's completely aware of my situation. I cannot afford to back off with my responsibilities that are given thankfully to me.

"I'll make sure nothing personal comes in between the work."

He nodded satisfied and stood up.
"I'll text you your schedule by noon. Make sure you check them before leaving the uni. And yes, let me know whenever you have a free lesson so that I can utilise it to teach you some work. You may leave now. Thank you."
