Part 15

(Sunghoon's pov)
I was helping Lia collect the dishes while others were packing the leftover food which has to be kept in the refrigerator.

I had no idea why Princy wanted this, she definitely knows my past, specifically after that 'yours is mine' person decided to speak about our past to someone he just got to know!

I'm not mad at her for inviting them, but it's just I'm not sure what actually has to be done. I'm no more casual with them to just start a random conversation.

Plus they added three kids in the group whom I've never met. And specially this sassy one has been sticking to me ever since. He's been talking talking and talking. To be honest, he's cute.

Princy went in the room to take rest, but Jake is not here yet. Should I check on her? Naah she'll be fine, that's what I wanted to believe. But here I am. Standing in front of the door.

"Princy! Can I come in there?" I shouted, enough for her to hear me. I didn't heard a single voice from in, just some shuffling. What's going on? I got a bit confused but more tensed.

I know it's wrong to invade the room but my possession is taking over me rn. I twisted the knob and entered the dim-lighted room. "Princy?" No answer. I tried to reach for the switch board.

And turned on the lights. I took a deep breathe and sighed in relief. She was on her bed, sleeping so beautifully. Just then I heard the bathroom door open and Jake came out wiping his hands.

He saw me and stood still, we stared at each other for a while. I broke the eye contact "What took you so long?" He scoffed. "Why doest it matters to you? It's my bladder which had to be emptied."

With that he exited the room and I just sighed. I went to Princy and patted her hair. Tugged her hair strands behind her ears and kissed her forehead. I took a glance of her before switching off the lights and proceeding out of the room.

(Princy's pov)
I peeked through one eye to see whether he left or not. I thanked God multiple times for saving me. I wasn't sleeping, I pretended to.

Flashback
"What the hell Jake?? Leave me-" there was a loud knock on the door.
"Princy can I come in there?" He asked one more time. I was panicking damn hard. And this guy chose this moment to tease me!!

"Jake please leave me, I'm sorry for pranking you! I really am but if he came in and saw us together, he'll surely get angry and there'll be unnecessary scene. You can tease me some other time, please!!!" I whispered very fast to him and he loosened his grip on me.

"Why are you scared even if he'll catch us together?" I didn't saw it clearly but he was disappointed? With that he went inside the bathroom again. I came back to senses when I heard the door knob twisting and ran to my bed and quickly covered myself with the blanket.

Present
I woke up in the morning and stretched my whole body while yawning. It was a good sleep with no disturbance. I took the glass of water from beside me but it was empty, so I decided to go out and get one.

I reached the fridge lazily, took out the water bottle and drank from it. It made me have a sense of relief as the liquid refreshed my throat. "Morning." I almost choked on it as I felt someone standing behind me whispering it so huskily.

I quickly gulped the rest and turned around but bumped into something. I shift back and looked at the person in front of me. "What are you doing here early morning?"

"I never left baby~" I widened my eyes at that nickname. He's still in last night's mood. "Jake, I apologized for my prank, didn't I?" He just smirked and said "So what? You can't handle this, can you?"
He bent towards me "You should not start something when you cannot handle the same to you. Understand Miss trickster?"
