Part 14

(A/n pov)
Sirens could be heard all along. Fire brigadiers running here and there getting people out of the half burned elevator. The commotion creating a lot of noise but nothing of it could be heard by the two peeps lying on the stretchers.

Breathing heavily, unstable pulse, injured, cuts and blood all around. It was an accident which created this whole atmosphere so scary to look at. The elevator's whole control system is destroyed. It lost the balance and collided with the ground with so much force.

Imagine riding from 20th floor and colliding directly with the basement. It should be considered a miracle if you'd survived. Heeseung and Princy did.
They both are definitely injured, unconscious but fortunately not like the other bodies out here.

Jake and the others got to know about the scene and they all ran downstairs. Jay have been trying to contact Sunghoon using Princy's mobile but his call isn't connecting at the moment.

Both of them were put in the same ambulance and taken to the nearest hospital.

(Princy's pov)
"Pri-

Princy....
Princ...."
I can hear the voices shouting my name faintly. I'm trying to stay awake but this headache isn't helping much. It feels as if someone is suffocating me. I can't breathe properly. These pins are attached to me and the monitors monitoring if I'm alive or not.

I tried to turn my head a bit and saw Heeseung lying unconscious beside me. Where am I?? What happened to us!? I'm feeling so tired but why? I should sleep for now.

I closed my eyes and again it's all black, but before I went to sleep, I saw a face which confused me. Why is he here with me? Jake!

(After 1 hour)
"Why would you draw something so undefined? Can you name it?"

"Abstract it is, which only I can define."

"Girl! That's not abstract!!! Don't insult abstracts like that! It's just a random drawing."

"You don't know anything j------"

I breathed heavily before opening my eyes. But shut it back because of the bright light suddenly hitting my eyes. Slowly adjusting to it, I flicked my eyes open. Trying to breathe steadily and looking around only to find myself alive. I survived. But Heeseung? Where's he!??!

I looked around and saw him on the bed beside me playing on his phone and Jay and others around me. Thank God he's okay. I laid back again just to find three faces directly glaring at me. I was stunned.

Jake. Sunghoon. Lia. They are directly glaring at me. As if I am the one who is responsible for dis-functioning of the elevator. I tried to sit but Lia pushed me back.

"Don't you dare get up little lad. You're still having bandages and drips on your body. No movements for 3 hours straight and only rest, as prescribed by the doctor." I nodded and laid back comfortably.

And then I saw the two boys waiting for their turn to say something, more like scolding me for something I didn't even do.

" How are-" "How are-" they said it on the same time and then passed a quick glare as Lia is still here.

"How are you feeling Gold?"
"Not so good but not so bad either. Just fine you can say."

"What really happened Princy?"
"I don't remember clearly but as we rode the elevator, after few seconds the light went off and I couldn't keep up with pace as it all happened with speed of light." They all just stared at me.
