Part 45

[ Sunghoon's pov, few hours before present ]

My breath was heavy and cold. I kept on running and running in God knows what direction but I can't stop, not now. I'm sure I'll find her. That's what I kept saying since last one hour. My feet gave up and made me fall on the deserted road, which seems to have no end.

Where are you Princy? Why can't I find you? Are you alright? Are you....alive?

I shook my head to regain my vision, which was getting blurry due to exhaustion. I gulped down hard my dry throat and tried to stand with all the strength left in me. I can't go back either because there's no way I will find them. Maybe it was a bad idea?

I can't think straight. My body is about to collapse, my brain needs oxygen, my throat needs water and my heart needs her, Princy. I need her anyhow, by my side. And that's it, I started the quest to find her again. Few minutes and I managed to find a pond nearby the road which wasn't too deep in the forest.

I decided to sit down a while and drink some water. I don't even have the conscience to think of hygiene or health. I'll think of dying when she's in my arms.
And with all that thirst, I drank some water from that pond and laid down near it. It was extremely cold today, my organs seemed to be freezing.

I was about to get up when I heard some shuffling around me. I dare not to open my eyes and act as if I'm asleep or probably, dead. Jungkook hyung and his team was abducted by some people, we don't know exactly who but it was some tribal group. I couldn't believe my eyes. I've only read about tribalism in books and watched documentaries but I never thought tonight I'll have the chance to see them and it's not even a good experience.

We tried to follow them but couldn't spot their hideout. We were scared to death, and couldn't decide on what's next. Only thing we agreed on was to run and run and never look back, come back with a stronger force to save him but I guess it was a bad decision.

We can't guarantee anything at this point. It's getting so miserable that I can't gurantee whether Heeseung Hyung and Jake are okay or not...whether I'll stay alive or not. The shuffling continued until I heard some leaf crushing noise, indicating someone was walking around. I can't take the chance to get myself in trouble.

Not when I haven't found her yet. I continued the act of dead and tried to slower down my breathing. I can feel someone beside me. Don't know if It's an animal or human. And that's when my blood went cold. A chuckle made my body flinch but firm. It was so close to my face that I could feel the warm breath over me.

"I know you're not dead. Stop the act." I stayed the same not sure if I can't trust the voice. "Bro if you're so eager to die, I'll help you out." I heard the sound of a gun loading making me open my eyes at once. I looked at the person, he was wearing a mask covering his entire face. I heard him giggle and leaning down to my level. "Lucky you, I don't kill hot guys. But my boss surely will."

What boss??! "Yeah Yeah, no need to be confused, neither you should care. Get up and follow me, unless you'd like to be assaulted by animals." He stood up, dusting his pants and all ready on the move. I sat straight and looked at his back, moving further and further away from me.

I fought between saving my life solely or saving my life by trusting some weirdo. He walked like he does drugs but my life doesn't seem to be less than of a druggie. I quickly got up and ran to him, walking right by his side. He had no expressions, as if he knew I'll be making this decision.

He's tall and slightly bulky, looking at his biceps. Can't see his face but can make out, he's a visual delight. I don't have a thing for boys, relax. He was walking fast with those long legs and I tried my best to catch up with him. Just turn around you jerk! "Uhm, where are we headed to?" As if he'll answer me but why not?
