"Tooney!" I shouted down the phone as soon as she picked up. I sunk down onto the couch and started giggling. The kiss on the cheek was a last minute thing that I had decided to do, and I'm glad that I did."Woah! What's got you so happy y/l/n?" She chuckled and asked.
"Leah." I replied, a smile instantly taking over my face at the mention of her name.
"Okay...tell me more." She inquired.
I explained everything that had happened between Leah and I. From the time when she didn't show up at the cafe, to when I kissed her cheek in her car. My face beamed from joy.
"Wow." She replied. That was the only word she could get out. "I mean, wow." She repeated.
"Right!" I said with excitement in my tone.
"Are you guys like really dating? Like officially?" She asked. I wasn't sure if it counted as being official if we had just agreed to go slow and had only been on one date.
I looked up at my ceiling. "I mean I'm not sure, we're not girlfriends or anything. But I suppose technically we are dating." I rambled.
"You should probably ask her." Ella replied.
"Hmmm," I thought, "I'm not sure if that's a good idea, we did just agree to go slow and I don't want to scare her or anything." I continued.
"That's true. But when you get the chance, or when you feel it's the right time you should ask."
Ella and I talked for another 25 minutes until she had to leave for a girls day out. I really missed Manchester. London was amazing but it was very complicated to navigate, and it was really fucking busy. It reminded me of when I first came to Manchester and I thought the exact same thing about it, I hoped that I would grow to love London like I did with Manchester.
I spent the rest of the day shopping online for some more stylish clothes and texting Leah. We were both up really late messaging each other, which probably wasn't a good idea. It made me think back to when I done the exact same thing with the first girl I had a crush on.
Eventually at 2:30am I got to sleep.

"Why do you and Leah both look tired?" Viv asked me as soon as I walked outside with a smirk on her face and her eyebrows raised.
"Get that dirty thought out of your head, Miedema. We were texting." I replied with a disgusted face. She looked down with a disappointed face before she looked back at me and started giggling until she folded on the floor from laughter.
"What are you two laughing at?" Beth asked when she came over. I explained the situation to her, assuming that Viv had already told her everything. Then Beth started hysterically laughing with Viv. I shook my head, confused on why they were finding it so funny.
We all walked over to Jonas so that he could explain what we were going to be doing today. He explained some basic drills and walked away to talk to someone after he was finished. Leah walked over to me and smiled, "Hey y/n/n, I missed you."
I turned to face her while we were walking over to one of the drills. "Y/n/n? That's new." I laughed, secretly it gave me butterflies. "We also saw each other yesterday, but I missed you too." I continued. I quickly looked around to check that no one was looking before I gave her a quick kiss on the cheek before running away to catch up with the other girls. I turned back and saw Leah frozen with a bright red face.

It was another mandatory gym day and Leah and I had somehow managed to sync our routines on the same days, meaning that we were always training with each other. It was cardio today.
