It had been two weeks since the Instagram post that Leah put out and my ankle had pretty much healed, which I was thankful for because I really could not deal with an injury right now.

The publics reaction to Leah and I's relationship was predominantly positive. There was always going to be the odd hater or negative comment, but I think with the whole report about Leah kissing Emma at the club coming out and then us announcing our relationship had a lot of people a little bit suspicious and confused.

Today we were playing against West Ham United, and I was starting. As we walked onto the coach I heard a small shout of my name coming from the front seat. My mouth turned up into a smile as I immediately recognised the voice of Leah. I shuffled to the front while trying not to trip over anything and giggled as I saw my goofy girlfriend grinning at me while patting the seat next to her.

"C'mere."

I reached up to put my bag in the overhead compartment and let out a sigh as I finally sat down. I turned to Leah and blushed as I saw that she was already looking at me with a loving look in her eyes.

"What?" I asked suspiciously, I raised an eyebrow and squinted my right eye. She smirked and took my hand.

"Nothing." She commented. I scoffed and leant over to give her a kiss on the cheek. "Love you." I replied as I leant back into my seat.

"Yeah yeah." She said sarcastically. I gasped and folded my arms as I turned away from her. Her smell enveloped me as I felt her arms wrap around my waist and her head rest on my shoulder. I groaned as she placed a sloppy kiss on my cheek. "Love you too silly." She whispered into my ear.

She smirked as she watched my face go red, clearly very happy with the effect that she has on me.

"Screw you." I mumbled out after calming myself. I immediately regretted the comment as soon as I saw Leah's smirk grow even more and her eyes light up with a rebuttal. "I would love that, maybe not in front of everyone though." She remarked whilst looking pretty proud of herself. I scoffed again and took my phone out of my pocket.

After a couple moments of silence Leah placed her hand on my arm. "Oh so now you're going to ignore me?" She protested. I felt goosebumps start to rise as she move her hand down from my arm and onto my abdomen. Slowly, she dragged her hand down my stomach until halting at my upper thigh.

"What the hell are you doing?" I whispered harshly as the thought of someone seeing us in a compromising position entered my mind. She chuckled and took her hand away before giving me a small kiss on my forehead.

"Don't ignore me. Pleaseee." She dragged out. I rolled my eyes and tried to feign annoyance until my classic grin etched my face.

"Fine." I grumbled. Leah let out a small cheer as I put my phone away with a huff. "Happy now?" I questioned with a slight smile on my face.

"Very."

Leah and I chatted until we arrived at the stadium. I slid out of my seat and got our two bags from above. After handing Leah hers and giving her a quick kiss, we headed off the coach and joined the rest of the girls outside.

"1...2...3...Arsenal!" We all shouted as we broke our hands and lifted them up into the air. It was nearly time to walk out onto the pitch and I felt my usual pre-match butterflies, which weren't actually a bad thing as it always got me in the game mood. I smiled as I saw Kim walk up to me and give me a slight nod.

"You ready y/l/n?" She asked as she put her hand on my shoulder.

"100%. Are you ready, Little?" I replied back with a smirk. She laughed and shook her head before removing her hand and turning to walk back to her space in the line.
