The next day

I woke up alone the morning after our argument, worried that maybe Leah had decided that I was ridiculous and left. However, my worries eased as I heard her clattering about downstairs.

What the hell was she doing?

I got out of the bed and put some clothes on before walking down to where Leah was.

"Leah are you changing careers or something? Jesus." I said as I walked into the kitchen to the sight of what honestly could be described as a food bomb site.

There was plates of all kinds of breakfast food on the dining table, some examples being sausages, toast, bacon, and she had also somehow gone out and gotten black pudding - I guess to make me feel more at home?

That was only the table. There was a pile of dishes in the sink with two frying pans and one pot on the stove. Leah herself looked like a chef with her custom Arsenal apron on and a kitchen towel hanging over her shoulder.

"I wanted to do something special." She shrugged as she plated up some eggs.

"So you decided to become Gordon Ramsay?" I chuckled, still feeling the initial shock from the scene that I walked into.

Leah turned and gave me a quick kiss on the cheek as she walked past me to get to the table with the eggs, adding them to the already large pile that could single-handedly solve world hunger.

"Very funny babe. No I just wanted to surprise you, plus I need to make up for yesterday." She responded as she sat at the table. I walked over and sat next to her, feeling intimidated as she passed me the cutlery to tell me to start eating.

"No you don't, if anything it's me that needs to make up for yesterday. I was the one that accused you of cheating after I saw one photo online."

Leah laughed before taking a bite out of a bit of bacon. "Y/n/n, I told you already that I'm not mad about that. I promised you that I would make it up, so here I am." She replied after she had finished her mouthful.

"Well in that case, thank you." I smiled before I leant over and gave her a quick peck on her lips, which turned into a much deeper kiss as she pulled me onto her lap. "Le, the food." I whispered out after her lips started trailing down my neck.

"Fuck the food."

We both smiled as I played with Leah's hair while her head was resting on my chest. "Love you." I whispered into her hairline, causing her to move her head up and give me a quick kiss before she sighed and got off of me.

"Woah, where are you going?" I asked, now suddenly feeling cold from the lack of body heat radiating off of Leah; she always was a warm person.

Leah shoved a hoodie over her head and pulled shorts on before walking over to my side of the bed and looking down at me with a smile. "Get up. I have more surprises."

"What?!" I exclaimed with wide eyes, I had thought that the breakfast and other activities were the only surprises that she had. I was impressed. I narrowed my eyes as I sat up, the covers still wrapped around me due to the cold. "What are you up to?" I asked suspiciously.

She laughed before shaking her head. "Just get up and get dressed. You'll find out throughout the day." Leah then walked out of our room and presumably back down to the kitchen to clean up her mess.

Taking her advice, I quickly got up and pulled out some casual clothes to wear after my much needed shower. She hadn't specified how fancy I was to dress, however due to it still being morning I took an educated guess and decided that we wouldn't be going anywhere really fancy at this time.
