Chapter 33 - Meteor shower

The two arrived at the beach. Akito lead Y/n to a blanket set out on the sand with a present in the middle.

"Akito. You made this?! I mean it's rare to have you do this!" Y/n said with a shocked face.

Akito stayed silent.

"Can I open the gift?!" Y/n asked excitedly.

"Yeah." Akito replied with a slight red on his face.

Y/n let go of Akito's hand and ran up to the gift witt Akito following behind her. Y/n opened the gift to find the same hoodie Akito has. Y/n's eyes widened quickly.

"Akito. You got one for me too?!" Y/n gasped.

Akito nodded still feeling a bit embarrassed.

Y/n couldn't help but smiling and lifted up the hoodie to find a few pictures of the two at the bottom. Y/n couldn't help but start to tear up.

She placed the hoodie back in the box before standing up and turning around to Akito to pull him into a hug.

"Thank you so much Akito!" Y/n sobbed.

"Y/n you're crying?!" Akito said immediately hugging Y/n back to try and comfort her.

"This means so much to me!" Y/n said through her tears.

"Geez Y/n..You really give me some unexpected reactions when I give you gifts.." Akito softly smiled while patting her head.

Y/n stayed silent and just cried in Akito's arms.

After Y/n calmed down, Akito and Y/n sat down on the blanket with their hands intertwined and Y/n's head on Akito's shoulder.

They were watching the stars and the moon in silence until Y/n saw the sky light up with a meteor shower which made her gasp in surprise.

"You knew about this?!" Y/n said.

"An and Kohane told me about it." Akito replied feeling calm and still had a smile on his face.

"You're going to make me cry again. I have never experienced this with somebody before." Y/n said with a smile.

"You haven't?" Akito said.

"Never. My parents always kept me in and I always had an early bedtime. I was so jealous when my classmates would tell me about it." Y/n chuckled

Akito was shocked to say the least.

"I was with my family when I first saw it. Ena was getting pictures for reference." Akito said.

"For art?"

"Yeah. I don't think she has it anymore though." Akito said.

"Aw.." Y/n sighed.

The two were in comfortable silence until Akito lifted Y/n's face and pulled her into a kiss. Y/n kissed him back with a smile and warmness in her heart.

Akito stayed at Y/n's house for the night. While Y/n was packing the last of her things, Akito was staring at her with much more tenderness. Y/n at this point did get used to it.....depending on how intimating she felt because sometimes she felt like Akito was staring at her a bit too intimidatingly.

Y/n put the hoodie Akito have in her suit case and put the pictures in a small pocket in her backpack until she noticed hand writing on the back. Y/n turned one of the pictures around to the back.

Y/n. I love you.

Y/n immediately was surprised before laughing.

"Akito you know I'm not moving away forever?" Y/n said with a blushed face.

Akito broke out of his trance and realised she read it. He looked away,

"It me it feels like you are." Akito said sheepishly.

Y/n's facing expression quickly softened before standing up and hugging Akito who was sat on her bed.

"I'll try my best to try visit! And try to catch the event when you surpass rad weekend FOR SURE! I'll promise you!" Y/n said with her head on top of Akito's.

"You better promise Y/n. If you seen every performance of mine then you should be there for that day too." Akito said.

"But, what if I don't come?" Y/n chuckled while letting go of the hug.

".....I hope you wouldn't do that." Akito sighed.

"Hehe sorry!" Y/n laughed before kissing his forehead and returning to her suitcase.

Akito just smiled.
