Taehyung was packing last of his bags while he waited for the car to take him to the next shoot,somewhere south of Japan.When his phone rang,he had first thought it was the manager who called to alert him of the arrival.But it was Jungkook and he hesitated before picking up the call.Mind you, Taehyung didn't hold any ill feelings towards Jungkook at all but his boyfriend had a habit of reaching out to the maknae before he did to Taehyung since the hyungs enlistment.

That in itself wasn't very bad because Taehyung had recently released his solo album and wasn't around much because of the promotions and he was glad that Jimin wasn't left alone back home.But knowing Jungkook garnered a 'more than just a friend' feelings for Jimin, fell heavy on Taehyung's heart.Jungkook had confessed only the next day to Taehyung's own confession and the latter had spend nights in Jimin's arms thinking what if he had been a bit late.He thanked his angel for the courage but when he expressed the concern,Jimin only playfully slapped him and said that Jimin was already in love with Taehyung.

"You have said you find him adorable", Taehyung justified.

"Come on,Tae.He is adorable.You can't deny that"

Yes, Taehyung can't ever deny that and despite everything,Jimin had kept his relationship with Jungkook strong still.Taehyung sometimes felt the poison in him seeth when Jungkook leaves him a text that Jimin was visiting and fell asleep in his apartment.Taehyung couldn't quite say it was jealousy,no, he does know Jimin is only his and he belongs to Jimin as well but when insecurity creeps in.When there's a sea separating them and time zones putting one to sleep early, Taehyung couldn't help but feel down.

"Hello",He called into the receiver and Jungkook's voice came low,"Hyung, Do you have a minute?"

Taehyung glanced at his watch,he did have time that he had kept away to call Jimin.

"Yeah,a few", Taehyung sighed.

"When are you coming back?",Jungkook said,there was a hesitation in his tone.Jungkook did know already that he would return in two days since Taehyung had personally asked him to take care of Jimin.Without Hoseok around,the boy was just miserable.

"Is everything alright? Is it Jimin?"

"It is but don't worry.He is with me"

There it was,the tight feeling on his chest.
"What is going on? I thought Jimin went out with Kai hyung"
"He did,They dropped him drunk.Hyung said he asked to drop off at my apartment",Jungkook waited.

"Is he okay?Did he do anything? I'll clean your couch if he threw up "
"No!! Hyung,it is not that.Hyung,He had been crying for an hour since he came and fell asleep crying too"

Taehyung felt his heart heavy,it broke him that he couldn't be with Jimin when he wanted him the most.He was a very bad boyfriend,he was a very horrible lover.

"I cuddled him until he fell asleep"
This time Taehyung doesn't feel jealousy,he just felt like a pathetic human.He had promised to take care of Jimin but he barely  spend least a night with him since two months now.Taehyung knew Jimin is the kind of soul who needs someone around,someone to love,someone to remind him that he was loved,someone to remind him that he was enough or else he would be lost in his headspace.
"Hyung,He was saying your name over and over again.It hurts me to see him like this",Jungkook said and his voice cracked to the end.Taehyung pressed his other hand onto his forehead ,trying to bite down the tears threatening his eyes.

"Jungkook,I-"

"I'll take care of him till you come",Jungkook resigned and Taehyung sighed,"Jungkook,Change his clothes,he will be stuffy when he wakes up.Make him drink enough water"
Jungkook only hummed.

"I trust you with him,Jungkook", Taehyung said.The line went dead and Taehyung's phone immediately rang.The manager called him down.

The intercom went alive when Jungkook was cleaning up the last remnant of his late dinner.He looked up at the time and it was 1 in the morning.Jungkook abandoned the towel at the counter to click the intercom but the front door already swung open and on the threshold stood Taehyung,his hair windswept and weary from travel.
"Hyung-"

"Where is he?"

Jungkook pointed towards the guest bedroom,his mouth slightly open with surprise.But before Taehyung stepped into the room,Jungkook stopped him.
"Hyung,he slept tired.It'd be better-"
Taehyung looked like he wanted to say things but he just nodded,"I am staying the night" and locked the door once he stepped in,leaving a bewildered Jungkook.

Jimin laid in the midst of giant blankets,mouth half open and hand hanging over the edge.Jungkook had kept two pillows to prevent him from rolling over.Jungkook had also changed his clothes like he had asked.Taehyung left his scarf and jacket on a chair to come kneeling beside Jimin,he slid a finger over Jimin's cheek lightly.Jimin was a light sleeper but considering he was knocked out drunk, Taehyung didn't think it would wake him.But the boy slurred,"Taehyungie,Is that you?"

Taehyung was slightly shocked but soon a smile bloomed on his lips.Jimin's eyes were still pressed close.
"It is me,Min ah"
"Taehyungie.."
Jimin raised a tired hand to cup Taehyung's face,his eyes slightly open now and beaming.
"Are you really here?",His hands dropped,"Or just another dream?"
Taehyung leaned forward to press his forehead against Jimin's and heaved in,"I am really here,baby.. I'm sorry,I was late"

Jimin would probably freak out about Taehyung ditching his two days' schedule for him and company going berserk on it.Those thoughts are something sober Jimin would need to deal with later.
"I missed .. you",Jimin said,his hands coming back up again to hook Taehyung around his neck.Taehyung pressed a kiss on his nose as a reply.

"Taehyungie.."
"Mm?"
"I want to go home"

And Taehyung's smile came back,he was nothing but a poodle of feelings as he embraced the elder.He hooked a hand under Jimin's thighs ,another under his back and lifted him up gently.Jimin's head lolled before settling over the younger's shoulder,hands tightening and then he was out like that again.Taehyung kissed over his hair before standing up and sliding the door open by his leg.Jungkook was sitting on the kitchen counter when he saw his hyungs coming out.

"He wants to go home", Taehyung said,explaining nothing more and Jungkook nodded.Jungkook followed Taehyung down,carrying his coat and Jimin's things for him.Once Jimin was strapped in securely, Taehyung turned around to thank Jungkook,only for him to wave it away.

"We'll get going then -"
"I didn't think you'd fly immediately"
"I had to-"
"Was it because you were worried that he was with me?"

Taehyung smiled,a lop sided before looking back at Jimin once and back to Jungkook,"I was actually relieved that he was with you.You love him,Jungkook.Why would I think you'd bring him any harm?If am not around,he'd be the most safe with you in Seoul"
"Why did you come then all of a sudden?"

"Because..because like you,I love him too.Love him like my life depends on it,love him like my whole world revolves around him and it does.Everything I do won't make any sense if it isn't with him,for him.I got in the car to kagoshima but I was homesick.I was homesick for him,He is my home"

Jungkook gave him a small smile,"That was cheesy,Hyung.He would tease you if he heard"
Taehyung let out a stiffled laughter,making sure Jimin was still deep in slumber.

"Promise me you would let me have him next life",Jungkook mumbled the cliche.
"I can't make that decision.He would decide for us"

"If he was given the choice,no matter the number of lives,he would choose you over and over again...Goodnight,Hyung",And then Jungkook was gone.Taehyung watched him go before turning around to secure his coat over Jimin's legs.Jimin turned his head slightly and said,"He..he is right.I would choose only you,only you.."

Taehyung kissed the corner of the elder's mouth,"And I,you"
