A/n:Since y'all wanted,I sat down and wrote this at 2 am so
Part 2:

Jimin had practiced these songs and moves a million times and maybe that was why it came natural to him,like he was programmed to do it else it would have been a disaster with a constant reminder in his head that Taehyung was really there.Was it an act for the knetizens or was he really there because he wanted it for himself.Jimin noticed that Taehyung sang along to all of his new releases,he knew the lines to every song.Jimin didn't understand,he wasn't sure if he wanted to know.

It was encore stage and the crowd had quieted down when Jimin addressed them.He tried to explain at his best how much he had worked,how much important each of the songs were,how much it meant for him to see the fans and his family here.He addressed Jungkook and Taehyung briefly as well.He even got emotional and the crowd chanted for him not to cry as they raised the banner that had the lyrics of one of his songs,
"If you were here with me,I'd not see the storm.Ill only see the rainbows"

He cried althroughout the last song,but he wasn't sure what emotions got to him.The lights turned off,Jimin was pulled ,patted and directed over to the dressing room.Everyone whom he passed exchanged good wishes.By the time he got to the changing cabin,Jungkook, Taehyung,Sungwoon and Eunwoo waited with flowers.His eyes never left Taehyung as they all demanded a photo for their sns.
"Hyung,Coming?", Jungkook asked as he turned to leave and Taehyung shook his head,"No,You guys go ahead.Ill come with Jimin"
"Oh,okay.Just..nothing,Bye",And Jungkook was gone.

Jimin stared at his reflection,he looked tired as hell.A fresh shower as soon as he get to the hotel and then straight to bed,he thought.
"You did well today", Taehyung said out of the blue and Jimin didn't respond as he took off his ear hoops and proceeded to wipe his make up away.
"Jimin-"
"Thanks for coming even if it is to appease the media",Jimin asked , exhaustion coloring his voice as he leant against the counter.

"Wha- No, Jimin.I came for you"

Jimin found it hard to believe,Taehyung had been at the end of constant slander for ignoring his soulmate's comeback.It wasn't plausible that he decided to show up for Jimin all of a sudden.

"I thought you hated me",Jimin didn't mean to sound that weak but he was sure there was no way he could continue this conversation without breaking down.Taehyung looked horrified as he stepped forward,"I could never hate you"
Jimin gave a humourless laugh,unzipping his bag a little too harshly and pulled his phone out.He opened their chat and threw it over,"Say it again and explain this with it.I..I was sorry,Tae.I tried everything I could.How else am I going to take it?"

"Jimin-"

"No,let me speak",Jimin dabbed his palm angrily against a stray tear,"You can't show up now and pretend things are okay.I acknowledge I stepped out of line that night and I won't justify it but Taehyung,you didn't give me a chance to explain ,to apologize.You just left me in the dark,gone..gone only for me.Hyungs in the military knew about you more than I did.You punished me well!!"

"Punishing you wasn't my intention,Jimin"

"Tae,it hurt.I tried everything.Even rushed my stupid comeback so I could somehow get you to talk to me.Barely slept making that stupid songs wondering what you would say about them whenever I wrote a single stupid stupid line.But you wouldn't care! When finally my album did release,my heart fcking broke everytime the phone rang and it was not you.Do you know how long it had been since we saw each other ?"

"4 months 11 days and 3 hours..3 hours until I saw your blonde hair raising from the stage pit", Taehyung said,fidgeting over one of Jimin's bouquets.Jimin looked up,eyes red and tears overflowing.He sat back on the counter,defeated finally.Taehyung carefully stepped once more towards the shorter.

"You left me",Jimin mumbled,"I wanted to apologize,fix our friendship"
"Jimin,there was nothing to fix of a friendship that never broke"
Jimin looked up, surprised and Taehyung gave him the lightest of a smile.

"Then why?"

"I panicked,Jimin.I got scared and the only thing I knew was to run.I turned away at your door multiple times,I typed back and deleted.I did not know what to do,this was all new for me.Noone ever kissed me,you know", Taehyung leant down to pick a new wet tissue and tipped Jimin's head up with the other hand.He started wiping off Jimin's foundation,"I loved you for years ,came close to confessing multiple times.I felt you don't see me the same so I struggled.. a lot and got over you.It took me a lot of breaking my heart and making up to get over the feelings I had for you.And then when am finally breathing properly without having a seizure around you,You kissed me.I,ofcourse, panicked"

"What are you-",Jimin felt something in his heart lift,a hope of sorts but he didn't know where Taehyung was going with this.

"You weren't sober enough for that.I stepped away because I wanted to talk to you properly when you were in more sense.I didn't want to take advantage of your drunk self. But then you texted me that it was a grave mistake, that you didn't mean it and apologized.You said your confessions meant nothing.Tell me,how would I react to it.It broke my heart again ..after giving me a hope", Taehyung disposed the tissue and got a new one.

"Why are you here now,then?"

Taehyung's hand stilled on Jimin's cheeks and he sighed,stepping away to sit on a chair behind him.
"When your songs came out,by the way I don't think they are stupid..When they came out..um", Taehyung hesitated,"I felt like they were about me"

"How?",Jimin asked non chalantly.Taehyung actually smiled as he straightened.

"Some lines were too hard to ignore.Like 'even four ams aren't beautiful if not for you',Noone stayed with you except for me at 4 ams and then 'walk with me when the light falls in tokyo and promise we'd be forever' ..we,we took that walk near the dome when we ..yeah,and 'cant the red string bring us back home?and 'love me the most as I love you the most ' because ..cause", Taehyung shrugged like it was obvious,"I'd be damned if all of your songs aren't about me"

"They are all about you",Jimin confessed and Taehyung nodded slowly,"I know"
They stared at each other before Taehyung mumbled again,"All of mine were about you too"
Jimin's lips turned a perfect O in realization.Maybe he should have analysed it like Taehyung.

"I was in conflict.Whether I was being delusional or if it was really about me and today..Today am taking that leap of faith..Jimin?"
"Mm?"
"Do you love me?"

Jimin looked at a hopeful Taehyung and bit his lips,"I was sober when I kissed you"
The realization hit Taehyung slow and he walked over to stand infront of Jimin.Jimin did love him.
"I didn't kiss you back,back then"
"Mm",Jimin hummed.Taehyung's hands came to hold either sides of Jimin's waist.
"Can I kiss you back now?"

As a reply,Jimin angled his head up and Taehyung's hands immediately travelled up to cup his face as he dipped down to press his lips against Jimin's.A gentle touch and Taehyung gasped lightly at the softness of the elder's lips.He detached a second to mumble,"oh,lord.I am going to love kissing you"
He dived in again,this time no hesitation as he slotted their lips together.Jimin held onto his sweater as they kissed,soon tongue asking for entrance and the other welcoming it sweetly.They pulled each other impossibly close as they made out.Jimin was the first one to let go and blink.
"What?"

"The ships finally reached the shore together",Jimin recollected Taehyung's lines and he pressed their foreheads together,"yes they did..oh and do you see the rainbows now?", Taehyung jerked his head at Jimin's concert banner and Jimin's hand cupped Taehyung's nape,"Yes",He pecked Taehyung's lips,"a little too much rainbows actually"

Both of them giggled before pulling Taehyung over to his lap and kissing again breathless.
