Vmin one Shots

First snow apart

The one time Taehyung didn't take his phone into the shower,that one time it was loud and ringing without a break.The shower was still hot and the steam hadn't subsided yet when he stepped out, tying a towel around his waist.He busily wore his bedroom slippers to step into his room to liberate his phone off it's cries for attention.The annoyed expression left his face almost immediately when he saw the caller ID "pencillium ssi" flickering on the screen.

December chill made his body shiver as he picked up the phone and slid it to attend.

"Jiminah~,I was taking a show-"

"Open your windows!!", Jimin practically screamed.
"What?! What happened?", Taehyung asked,his feet already taking him towards the giant slide door of a window.

"Just open it!!"

"Is something wrong?", Taehyung asked as he shoved the brown curtains aside to reveal the transparent glass doors to his balcony and immediately knew why Jimin was being ecstatic.

"Oh-"
"Tae... did you see it? Are you seeing it?", Jimin's excited voice came from the other side as Taehyung slowly slid open the door and extended his hands out to the snow.Tiny snowflakes found perch onto his fingers and the cold wind blew to his room,he was shivering in the biting weather but he couldn't help the smile that crept up his lips.He was indeed a winter child.

"It's snowing",His voice came as a mere whisper.
"I wanted to watch the first snow with you..",Jimin said and Taehyung could sense the melancholy.And Taehyung wanted to assure him that it was okay and they can do this instead and they'll still be together like the belief goes.But Jimin spoke again,"I wanted to see you"

And Taehyung just wanted to break down his front door and run off to his boyfriend but he can't,he was not allowed to so he sat back onto his bed,

"Just one more day, Jiminah...I'll stay over tomorrow"
"Stay over forever",Jimin said and Taehyung hummed back.But then Jimin huffed,

"Idiot,Why did you have to come late.. I miss you so much..Do you know how many days it had been since we kissed ,since we cuddled?!"
"I promise to do all that and non stop at that too,okay? Now sit pretty baby and let's watch the snow together,okay baby"
There was silence,phone still held close to his ears, Taehyung watched the snow rain down his balcony and heard Jimin's calm breath from the other side and something in him stirred and a tear escaped him.He missed Jimin so much,he wanted him back in his arms so bad..

"Are you crying?",Jimin asked and Taehyung had by this time stopped wondering how his soulmate knows that and sighed heavily,"No..just thinking of that staying forever offer...It's so tempting"

He could hear Jimin's boyish chuckle and Taehyung adored it so much.

"When the quarantine ends,be at my door the first thing",Jimin said.

"You bet I will"
