So sorry this chapter is so short and not really eventful. Definitely not my best sample of writing by far but I am kinda struggling. So, I have a lot of juicy ideas as far as storyline coming up but it takes place further along in the pregnancy and after the birth. With this story, though, I have really tried to stick to what is going on in real life as far as timing goes, so now I am debating on whether or not I should fast forward and speed up to get to this storyline that I think is going to be so interesting for you guys to read. Lately I have just been coming up with so-so ideas to fill in the gap of time until I can get to this juicy storyline further down the road. I am going to finish up the DWTS season up until the finale just in case we get a cute real life Motough reunion that I can incorporate into the story but after that, I am kind of stuck.

So I was wondering what you guys thought? You guys take the time to read this story, so I just want to make its interesting and entertaining for you guys. So please leave any comments or input below to let me know what you guys think. Thank you again for your continuing support and the 17+k reads....holy cow! I cannot thank you guys enough!!!!

Derek POV

After nearly missing my red eye flight from New York to Los Angeles because I forgot my wallet, I was so glad to finally make it to LA. I was traveling with my mom, so I dropped her off at my apartment so she could stay with Julianne. I, meanwhile, headed directly to Bethany's house to stay the night.

Using the spare key that Bethany gave me, I quietly tiptoed through her house. I walked into her bedroom and found her soundly asleep. After stripping down out of my clothes, I crept into bed with her carefully trying to not wake her up. I scooted closer to spoon her and she instinctively nestled her body right up against mine.

In her groggy voice, she manages to say, "Hmmm... Babe, what are you doing here? I thought you came to LA with your mom?"

"I dropped her off at my apartment," I answered.

"And you drove out of your way to come here? Baby..." she said with hint of concern in her voice.

"I told you if I can, I am not letting you out of my sight."

She turns her body towards mine and says, " I love you but you are crazy" She tenderly kisses me and continues, "You need rest, babe. You shouldn't be driving out of your way to see me after a long flight, I know you must be exhausted."

I stop her and said, "Then stop scolding me, just kiss me and then we can go to bed." She shakes her head with cute annoyance and I kiss the top of her forehead, the tip of her nose and lastly her lips before I said, "I love you. Goodnight, baby."

Knowing that I had a point, she moves her leg to intertwine with mine and pulls her body closer to me. She nestles her head into the crook of my neck and whispers, "I'm glad your home. Night, babe."

Early the next morning, the feeling of Bethany slowly getting out of bed slightly wakes me up. With concern, I followed her to the bathroom were I find her throwing up with morning sickness. I walked over to her to hold her hair up and rub down her back to help soothe away the pain.

She looks up at me and says, "Babe, I'm sorry did I wake you?"
