  "Come on, just talk to him about it already, it's been like a week," Nakamura sighed, sitting on the foot of your bed as you wailed.

  "Talk about what? He doesn't want to be with me anymore," you wiped the tears from your eyes.

  "I seriously doubt that, it was just one whole big mess, I'm sure you two will laugh your asses off about it by next week!"

  "No Rio, it's so different this time!" You sat up properly. "Normally by now he would have texted me fifty different apologies along with thirty missed calls, but go on, look at my phone, absolutely nothing." You handed her your unlocked phone, and she saw you were right.

  "Hm."

  "He hasn't shown up to school either, he's really avoiding me."

  "Asano's been texting you a lot, huh..?"

  "What? Hey! You were only supposed to look at the Karma shit!" You grabbed your phone.

  "Well the notification popped up, I couldn't help it!

  "He's just asking if I'm okay.. Again."

  "(Y/N), let's be real for a second. Wouldn't you flip your shit if you found out Karma was still talking to Okuda so maybe talking with Asano so much isn't gonna help your case."

  "It's different, Asano and I are just friends."

  "So are Okuda and Karma."

  "Okuda likes Karma!"

  "Asano likes you."

  "Bullshit, he's just being nice," you rolled your eyes.

  "Didn't Karma say Okuda was just being nice to him?"

  "Rio don't be like this, we all knew Okuda has had a thing for Karma for a while."

  "And almost everyone in E-Class has been talking about Asano having a thing for you since we first saw you two together."

  "Wait, really?"

  "Yes! Everyone can see it but you much like.."

  "Everyone seeing that Okuda likes Karma but him... Fuck."

  "So what're you going to do?"

  "Cut off Asano I guess.. I don't know! I've never had to do this before!"

  "Want some help? I kinda sorta really want to watch."

  "I wish you could but it's getting late and it's a school night so.."

  "Yeah I guess you're right, I should get going. It's already sunset. I'll see you tomorrow, let me  know how it goes," Nakamura said as she started to gather her things.

  "Yeah, of course, I'll see you tomorrow," you waved as she walked out the door. Once it shut fully you sighed.

You just closed the chat, you weren't up for it to get into an argument with Asano. You opened your messages with Karma, which hadn't been used in quite a while.

'Fuck that was fast.' You thought. You didn't expect a response. Though it was early you went to sleep, you found it was easier than sitting by your phone staring at your message.

  The next morning you had never gotten ready for school faster. You were out the door thirty minutes earlier than usual. The hike up the mountain never felt shorter.

You stood there for about five minutes, looking over your shoulders about every other second. Then, finally, you saw a very familiar shade of red, the nerves finally kicked in. Your heart was racing, your jaw was even chattering.

  "You wanted to talk?" He said.

  "You uh, never answered my message, I wasn't sure if you were coming," you couldn't help but look at the ground as you spoke.

  "Yeah."

  "I'll just get straight to the point then, I cut off Asano. I'm sorry for being stubborn about that but I can't apologise for getting mad about Okuda."

  "Mhm."

  "Karma, don't be difficult."

  "Yeah, alright.. I'm sorry too."

  "For?"

  "For being a dick.. I kinda get why you got upset." He sighed. "I am really sorry, I didn't talk to Okuda outside of school, like at all but if I did that would be done too."

You couldn't help but laugh a bit.

  "What's so funny?" He asked.

  "Nothing, nothing, that was just a lot easier than I thought it'd be."

  "Yeah, I guess it was," he smiled a tiny bit. "So.. Are you my girlfriend again..?"

  "You wanna ask me properly?"

  "Fine, fine. (Y/N), will you be willing to give me a second chance and take me back?"

  "Hmm.. I guess," you laughed.

  "You're such an asshole," he pulled you into a hug, tilting your head up to give you a quick kiss on the lips to which you returned by wrapping your arms around his neck, kissing him back.

  By the second bell you were both at your desks, which were moved right next to each other. Your head rested on his shoulder while you waited for Koro-Sensei to begin attendance.

  "Looks like they patched things up," Nagisa whispered to Kayano.

  "About damn time."
