New Friendship Prologue.

Earlier the next morning, when Umber was preparing herself for work, she realized the note she left unread so she simply tucked the note as it is in her uniform pocket and left for work immediately after having her immediate breakfast sandwich and omelet.

Still occupied by the embarrassment of a broken car, Umber has to deal with the fact that it was none other than Leon who had helped her reach the office on time. Having to sit in his vehicle the next day after spending a fraction of her night participating in gossip about them made her feel sadder. Umber couldn't help but correlate the sudden engine damage with Tyler's incident. That fall was enough to be a scar for eternity.

'My engine broke down while in the middle of me driving, was it a part planned before or maybe a damage done while at the ceremony?'

Either way within office premises, Umber shrugged her thoughts off to be more diplomatic towards work.

In the alleyway, Umber's gaze run across the excited Noah who happens to gently recognize her presence and made Umber smile with her casual choice of words for her. Perhaps in her reply, Umber's mind automatically displayed the information she wanted to keep for herself. For she still has to experience age to maintain her expressions well before they take over express. Umber wouldn't be planning to be disclosing her hitchhike incident publically, which she indeed regretted the most.

Trying to ignore the fact and the embarrassment of Leon entering immediately after, Umber tried to hold back her expression. Keeping a straight blank face to Noah's and his small talk, Umber sure knew to have to visit her next spot, the publishers' office. Perhaps she was not sure when but now she would be it.

Carrying the same old guilt from that sudden fall-like situation to their kiss and all the dialogue she shared about Leon and Olivia while correlating it with her car breakdown midway to her office and Leon helping her on the spot to her revealing it before others. Umber couldn't help but realize the burden she freely rented in her mind, the draining thoughts at work where her concentration should be on the display-only racks of wooden shelves at the publisher's office. Despite the hurdles, Umber handled her part of excavating some of the published and displayed documents of Frank, Harrold, and Ina from their perspective row on the shelf. She even tried filling the gap between her and Noah while Noah had her duty over another edge, to interrogate or to prepare a suspect for a full-fledged interrogation.

Back in the station, on the top of the gathering. While Leon was standing with his gaze covering the entire space. Tyler made it possible to sneak his emotions aside for the age-old and lone rival friend, Wynn Ross.

"Wynn is it for a good cause that we met up today," spoke Tyler, sneaking his statement bluntly under Leon's curious nose.

"Wynn, are you back for working with us?" questioned Tyler with his curious hazel green gaze directly looking onto Wynn's smooth big doe

"I am humbled by the support till today and we are progressing indeed. Today in this discussion, I am encouraged to disclose my new worked pattern for the case.

Since we are aware of the time limit for the case, I know our progress is still lagging, so I've assembled both teams with individual work assigned,

Reaching out this far in this, I made up my mind to not waste any further time on specific detail, we will do multi taking and I've decided on it ever since I heard of this old cottage." spoke Leon.

"I have worked on team segregation.

First of all, squad Monty, with 4 people, and then, I tagged along with Wynn Ross," Continued Leon with his gaze stern towards the direction of Tyler and Wynn. Tyler knew it was Wynn who gathered his attention, indeed he could also feel that he could also play some part.

"Olivia had managed me to have Wynn back and Noah, Olivia, Tyler, and Umber will be with Monty.

I wanted to get along with this new boy since you are acquainted with some around your own.

Is everything all clear, Does anyone wish to still change their team positions." spoke Leon.

Judging by their calm attitude, Leon further proceeded.

"I am glad, we will further have our plan disclosed after our members are all-around, I know we still miss Noah and Umber's presence, due to their current work status, so maybe up to the evening meet up we would talk it out."

Leon was talking out on his own, but dense in his team, Tyler still manages to whisper in his friend's direction carefully without getting an eye.

"Congratulations, you've managed to leave an impression behind," spoke Tyler, in his dull monotone accent. Wynn couldn't help but giggle and smile adorably for the moment even tho he was aware that, if it was a compliment from Tyler, deep down within his heart settled for the exact opposite for what he expressed.
