Chapter 3

Next day after the horrible incident. The day that came after the stormy night yesterday. As soon as their conversation was brought to a halt. Everyone was keen on their immediate decision for the crime scene investigation ahead. They relied on Tyler and Ismail was also up with lending his arm for him. Olivia was given time to relax from the case-related tours and also to visit the same spot that had her in knots from the previous night's incident.

After his time spent at Helena's office and his cubicle. Ismail was so tired of sitting anywhere. He wanted some fresh air and some time to perform some field work activity.

From the previous day when he drove to the pleasant countryside to fit in some cameras accordingly. Ismail found it utterly relieving and breathtaking to drive through everything over there. Knowing the work details today and learning the place he had to visit still. Ismail felt even more excited than yesterday while he was still on the phone getting help from Olivia in the still-dusky sky.

When his brown eyes gazed through the pleasant yet sunny and clear morning sky. Ismail waited near the building standing still parallel to Leon's office window above his head and the parking to his right. He waited for his silly, aggressive, and dumb ginger-head guy who was almost as late to arrive. Ismail waited patiently, the longer he waited the lazier he turned as he lay down in the cooler shade of the huge cherry tree.

His browner eyes when gazing upon the mocking eyes of Leon, Ismail sat straight with his back leaned against the tree trunk.

His brown eyes gazed across Tyler who finally appeared tiny. After a long time, the lazier ginger head slowly appeared past the distance quite clear and small as he appeared to rub his cheeks underneath his eyes. The curly ginger hair that nested on his head. And his beautiful freckles underneath the daylight.

Ismail had his gaze keen on the way he appeared so slowly and dull.

Ismail stood on his ground when he felt Tyler close and his gaze brushed across his red undertone like never before. The thinner yet vanished but still a fresh streak of tears from his mystical hazel green eyes. Never thought that he would once sarcastically reveal his tears this bad.

Ismail felt bad for this young man to have been so brave yet fragile at the same time.

Ismail joked around him to make him laugh and feel happier about it soon after he felt him crying. The path they took together while they walked along to the parking lot, even Tyler brushed his back when it was soiled with muddy stains throughout, and Ismail, who was eager and gentle enough, finally offered Tyler the relief he badly needed when he willingly took up the driving work for him.

Ismail smiled a lot so he would see this young gentleman smile as well.

Little could Tyler realize but he started healing himself, healing his mind little after little from the company he was pooled in with. His kind-hearted seniors at work, he appreciated him a lot.

Flinging and swinging the keys through his index finger to form a perfect circle when he lifted the keys in the sky only to smoothly land a catch with his only hand muscles, Ismail amused Tyler with his smoother muscle reflexes while he followed him to the passenger's side.

They sat next to each other more like friends rather than the typical senior and junior thing. They fastened their belts and Ismail was more than just prepared to handle the wheel well.
