Chapter 2

There was carcass everywhere and blood puddles over the floor and on the metal stretchers that felt bare from the mattresses today. The skin was barely to be seen from the dead meat. Carcasses spread everywhere.

The blood stink was quite vast from any direction and for Tyler, it felt like none other than the horror movie scene.

Looking over at all those chopped-up shapeless carcasses that were bare from their skin from various parts as if the skin was torn out of it and some even have their bones exposed.

The situation seemed already disheartening that Tyler approached through the rows to have a much more distinct look at that carcass from near. Blood to many of them was mostly stagnant to little puddle up but almost dry and flaky and black but to some other corpses it was not the case. The other bled heavily while still being just some odd chunks with missing parts.

"Mixed in this are animal and human meat chunks. They all are undoped now but they could have at a certain time and looks like they have already sold a lot from them. I wonder how they run their business this way."

His hazel green eyes glared at the distant table. He didn't quite focus on what Quinton had to say.

The table was heavily pooled with blood unlike all the others and it was
as expected to be an incomplete body, skinless and with missing chunks here and there. Tyler was disgustingly curious about the spark that came from the blood.

'Is this the metallic reflection of the light after being in the blood? Then this should be a top-quality production.'

Judging by the blood hurled up, anyone could guess that the individual was just recently attacked like a few of the corpses here. But the metallic presence felt a bit suspicious for Tyler, so he walked up closest to the table to examine it.

"Tyler, don't do it.
Don't do it without your gloves and specifically don't walk over to that body."

Tyler was once again reminded to put on his gloves that he forgot almost due to what he has to witness here.

Tyler fastened himself while putting on the gloves. His eyes on that specific table and the details of the human ribcage cut open.

'So disgusting, how could anyone distort a bone frame this bad have they got any heart in them just like this corpse now?'

Tyler thought for himself and then proceeded to ask Madam Quinton a question.

"Have you performed any autopsy on them, madam?"

"I have not, I have just taken my samples to determine myself. I couldn't bring on doing further butchering on these poor bodies.

I let the condition be preserved from the way it was given to me."

Tyler can't believe it, he was standing dumbfounded.

The ribs were smashed, the skin taken off, and hair just absent from the body.

"Madame, could you identify this corpse in such a state?"

"Yes Tyler, I could and you would as well. And I am afraid about that moment already,"

No hair, no skin, no heart, no lungs, no kidneys, severed limbs, guts left hanging. The stomach and the reproductive organs were half present.
