Daenerys sat with Irri as she got ready for the morning when, suddenly, the woman gently grabbed her breasts.

"Khaleesi, when did you last bleed?"

Daenerys paused and suddenly froze.

"Not since the wedding."

A smile spread across Irri's face as she offered her congratulations.

However, Daenerys remained frozen. Her brother would not take the news well, and she needed to protect her child. She smiled at Irri before asking her to fetch Daella. When the woman entered, Daenerys whispered a request to her. Irri watched as the other woman nodded and left the tent.

Soon, Daenerys stood up and walked out of the tent, slowly making her way over to Drogo and his blood riders. Irri walked behind her Khaleesi with a nervous look on her face as they made their way to the Khal. She noticed that the Khaleesi's hands were trembling slightly, but she did not question it too much. Many members of the Khalasar noticed the difference in their Khaleesi's attitude. She looked nervous—had something happened?

As their Khaleesi stopped in front of the Khal, she straightened her shoulders and looked at him without the nervousness she had shown before. Seeing this, Drogo walked forward with interest, lifting her chin to meet her beautiful violet eyes. At this, Daenerys gave him a soft smile before finally speaking.

"Anha'm ma yalli."

Her words stunned the Khalasar into silence before loud cheers rang out, and the Khal lifted his wife into the air, filled with pride. Soon, he would have a son or daughter from the little warrior woman he had fallen for. However, Daenerys knew she had to deal with the matter of her brother and the usurper's spy.

"Anha zhorre qaf daella tat distract anna brother akka mae guard ven anha tat vo shillat eyak ma jin shilakr."

Drogo nodded in agreement. He had seen the way the knight watched his wife and how she seemed to hide her distrust behind her wonder. His blood riders had found the act hilarious, as they knew that their Khaleesi was a dragon in sheep's clothing. Her brother, however, had no respect for them, and they had issues with him. But hearing that their Khaleesi did not trust him caused them to exchange a look. While the Khaleesi was a warrior, they were not going to leave her alone.

The members of the Khalasar had no problem with keeping the Khaleesi's early stages to themselves. However, by the time both men found out, they would have to protect her. As the day passed, both men returned with the Khaleesi's handmaiden. Something in her eyes caused Irri to immediately bring her to the Khaleesi.

Daella was born in Essos. She was a well-learned woman, but due to her being a bastard, she was sold and ended up as Daenerys's handmaiden—the only person who treated her well. Daella remembered how Daenerys had bathed her and ensured she was taken care of. Even when her lady's brother started sleeping with her, because Daenerys knew her fears, she gave the girl moon tea every night. She promised Daella that when the time was right, she would arrange a happy marriage for her, and Daella knew that her princess meant every word.

So Daella was eternally loyal to Daenerys. Once Irri brought her into the tent, she knelt to her Khaleesi and cried. Drogo felt a bit uncomfortable, as he didn't know what to do, but he stayed as his wife comforted her handmaiden before asking her what was wrong.

"That knight is a spy. He sent a message through a little boy. I intercepted it and brought it back."

As Irri translated for the Khal, the letter was given to Daenerys, who read it quietly. The tent was silent as the Khaleesi raised her head, her eyes shining with violet flames, before clenching her fist and engulfing the letter in flames.

Her handmaidens stared in shock, unlike her husband, who smirked. So, the Andal had angered his Khaleesi. Irri and Daella stayed on their knees, knowing that their Khaleesi was angered.

"So, he wishes to inform the usurper that I can wield a blade better than the Sword of the Morning?"

As Irri translated, Drogo's lips twitched. His wife had told him all about Westeros and their best swordsmen; however, the Khal knew who had trained his wife, so he knew she was not threatened by them.

However, Jorah was sending information to others who would try to kill his Khaleesi. Tonight, he would kill the Andal. His thoughts were interrupted when his wife placed her hand on his. Turning, he saw her shake her head.

"Not yet, my Khal."

Even though he was not happy, he nodded before placing a kiss on her head and leaving to drink with his blood riders. Daenerys smiled before dismissing her handmaidens. She had plans to make and, suddenly, she heard the voice of the Many-Faced One.

"Use them for your dragons."

Daenerys nodded in agreement before glancing at the six eggs in the centre of the candles and hot coals. The gods had told her that her dragons would be at least three times bigger than Balerion. She knew that if they hatched early, it would be beneficial to her and her family, but she had to get rid of Viserys. Luckily for her, she had left a faceless assassin in Pentos for Illyrio. He would not live long enough to see her become Queen of the Seven Kingdoms.

Making her way over to the eggs, she lifted them, placing a soft kiss on each one before allowing her personal flames to engulf them for a few minutes. With a bright smile, she whispered to them in her mother tongue,

"Ānogar hen issa ānogar."

She knew they were hers; she could feel the bonds.

Using her dagger, she cut her palm and let the blood flow over her eggs. The blood coated the eggs and almost seemed to glow in the light of the flames before she allowed the fire to heal her hand. Soon, she would repay the Lannisters. Blood would pay for blood.

Daella entered the tent and looked at Daenerys.

"The letter is here, Khaleesi."

The handmaiden was the only one Daenerys trusted with her secrets, and vice versa. Both women sat and looked at the sigil on the letter before opening it. There was only one sentence, and that was all Daenerys needed.

"We are Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken, with Fire and Blood."
