Katya was so deeply in love with Natasha and Natasha was so deeply in love with Katya. Both of the women would be forever grateful that they found their way back to one another. They would also be grateful that they changed, for the better.
After a while Tony tried to drag them back into the 'Avenger' life but Katya was having none of it so eventually him and Pepper got married and had Morgan. Everyone was so grateful they got their happy endings.
