Chapter 7 - loki's sceptre

Katerina PoV:
She went back to sleep and I tried to but I couldn't. I checked the time and it was 5am. I slipped away from her and went back into my room to get changed. I put a nike sports bra and nike pro shorts on and chucked my hair up into a pony tail.

I went down to the kitchen and grabbed a bottle of water. I went to the training room and taped my hands. I began to hit the punching bag. It was an effective way to get my anger out without destroying shit with my powers.

(3 hours later)

Natasha PoV:
I woke up and Katerina was gone. "JARVIS where is Katerina?" I asked. "Katerina has been in the training room since 5:38am." The AI responded and I immediately got out of bed and went downstairs.

Katerina PoV:
I was still hitting the punching bag when Natasha came in. "You need a break." She said but I kept punching it. I was so angry all the time because Dreykov thinks he can just take defenceless little girls when he wants to.

I felt arms wrap around my waist and I turned to look at her. "Please." She said and I took the tape off my hands. I couldn't bare to look her in the eye because I knew she was worried and that it was because of me. She placed her hand under my chin and forced me to look at her. "Do you want to go get breakfast with me?" She asked and I smiled. "Yes please." I replied and we both went to get changed.

I quickly got in the shower because I stunk. I put on a big hoodie and shorts because it was hot but I wasn't feeling that confident. I put my white converse on and dried my hair. I left it down and went to Natasha's room.

I was just about to knock on her door when she opened it. "I was just about to come and find you." She joked and I smiled. "Let's go." She added as she walked down the corridor. I followed her and we got in her car. "I know this really nice café that I think you will like." She told me as she drove off. "Sounds good." I replied and she drove us there.

We got to the café and ordered a sandwich and a drink each. "So are you gonna tell me why you were working out for 3 hours?" She asked as we sat down. "I just had a lot of energy." I lied but she could tell. She quirked her brow and look at me with her emerald eyes, those damn eyes. "Fine. I felt angry so I beat the shit out of a punching bag because that better than losing control of my powers." I explained and she agreed.

The waitress came over and smiled at me, I got really uncomfortable. She gave us our food and drink and I knew Natasha got jealous. "Relax." I told her and she smiled at me. We continued talking and ate our food. We finished our drinks and the same waitress came over still flirting. "Can me and my girlfriend get the bill please?" Natasha asked as she held my hand. "Yeah of course." The waitress replied as her smile dropped.

Natasha paid and we left. "I like it." I said as we got in her car. "Like what?" She asked and I rolled my eyes. "Girlfriend, I like it." I told her and she blushed but she tried her best to hide it.

(a couple months later)

Tony made me a suit. (It's Natasha's suit in im2 but without the S.H.E.I.L.D logo). Natasha and I have been officially dating ever since the breakfast. Bruce wasn't to happy about it but not in a homophobic way, he was only pissed be he wanted to be with her.
I've been of a few missions but only little ones to get information for Fury. I met Clint's kids and they are so sweet. They call me 'Auntie Katya' and it's the cutest thing ever. After hearing the nickname the kids gave me Natasha started calling me 'Katya' as well.. Bruce gave me some medication to stop the nightmares. I've mostly moved on from the trauma, not exactly moved on a better way to put it is pushing it down. I've gotten my own room now and it's got a bathroom and walk in wardrobe.

Everyone is in the jet at the moment and Steve is explaining what is going to happen. We're flying over to Sokovia to destroy a hydra base. I was a little nervous but I just ignored it. The jet landed and I got in a car with Clint and Natasha. I used my force field generation to stop them from getting hit.

After a bit of fighting I saw Clint fall to the ground so I rushed over to him. I placed my hand above his wound and watched my had glow a warm light. His wound partially healed but I couldn't heal it fully otherwise I was going to pass out. Thor took him to the jet. During this time I heard "Draw bridge is down people." in the ear piece.

I was in the base and agents were attacking me left and right. I got sick and tired of using hand to hand combat so I just used my powers. It killed all of the agents in the corridor and I continued to do what Steve had said to do earlier. I was looking for Loki's sceptre. "I got eyes on the prize." I said as I walked over to the sceptre. I grabbed it and went back to the jet.
