I'm going home

Y/n pov

"Hello?" i call out as i enter the cortex. It could as well be another metahuman that can shapeshift.

"Missed me?" that too recognizable voice says and i turn around to meet Loki's smile. I speed into his arms to hug him without hesitation. He hugs me back as Barry comes into the room.

"Mind filling me in on who he is?" he asks but i don't dare to let go of Loki, afraid of that it's just an illusion or a dream. He notices it and only hugs me tighter.

"Loki, god of mischief" he just says, starting to break us up but still at arm's length.

"How are you here?"

"The Bifrost, Heimdal sent me, why didn't you come home?"

"Because this is a different universe, another earth"

"Well, i guess the Bifrost can travel between realities now" he says with a laugh, pulling me into a bone crushing hug again.

"I hate to interrupt but was there anyone else in the building?" Barry asks and we both look at him.

"A man who tried to shot me, he's locked in a storage closet. And a woman is hiding somewhere"

"I'm hiding here" Caitlin says, emerging from her hiding spot behind the wood that has replaced the glass i broke. One snap by Loki's fingers and Cisco appears in the middle of the room.

"What just happened?" he asks, looking around and seeing me wrapped around Loki.

"Sorry for hunting you Mrs Snow, and sorry for locking you up Mr Ramon but to my defence, you did shot me with cold gun"

"You should take the apology, he doesn't do that often" and the three move closer to each other as i turn back to Loki. "How did you know i was gone? You stayed in Asgard"

"The hourglass started to break. Firs the whole castle just shook and little and then someone went down and reported directly to me. When i went down i saw that it was cracking slowly. First i thought you had died so i went to the Bifrost and Heimdal sent me here"

"I am so glad that it did, because i have no idea of how to get home" i say with a nervous laugh.

"Not here, we need to leave" Barry says and i hear as people enter the building, police. "We can all meet back at Joe's, Wally should be gone by now and everyone can meet us there"

"Who wants to ride with me?"

"I will gladly not go with Barry again, sorry" Caitlin says before i even get the chance to finish my sentence. I give her my hand and we're off. Barry and Cisco run together while i take Caitlin and Loki to teleport back to the house. I don't really know how but my working theory is that mine and Natasha's powers work without each other now that we share one heart. Because we're always with each other that way.

"I didn't know teleportation was in your abilities" Caitlin says as i let her go on the doorstep.

"I usually can't, not when i'm no close to Natasha. It's something that... they gave us to share. It just takes a lot of energy do to it alone" i say before almost falling, being catched by Loki before i even start. Why couldn't i just let him teleport us?

"Sit down while i get you some water" Caitlin says and Loki guides me to the sofa.

"We don't have time, you have to take me home" i say but i'm to weak to stand against him sitting me down.

"We can't travel when you're in this condition" he says and i glare at him, but we both know that i knew the result of doing so. "And i don't know how to get back either"

"So great, we're both stuck here then" i sigh as Cailtin hands me a glass of water. "Thanks"

"Since when you can you teleport?" Barry asks after he whooshes in with Cisco.

"It's something she shares with Natasha, her wife, and it takes a lot of energy out of her" Iris answers from the staircase. She must have been listening.

"I brought this" Cisco says, taking out a small palette with a blue button in the middle. Looks almost like a small steering wheel. "It's a transdimensional portal, pocked size"

"You did it?"

"I did it" but as he lets it fall into my hand, Loki snatches it out of the air.

"We're not going anywhere until you have your strength back, you'll need it" and so we wait, talk about everything that's happened. Both how i got here and how Loki got here and what's happened. Until five hours later when we're ready to leave.

"I will miss having another woman in the house" Iris says, giving me a hug.

"Maybe Cait will let you live with her and there will only be two women in the house... apartment rather" i answer with a laugh.

"I for one will not miss having another woman in the house" Joe laughs as he pulls me into a hug as well. "But i'll miss having you in the house"

"I'll miss you too" i go to Caitlin and Cisco, giving them hugs and goodbyes.

"Remember that we're only one call away. There's a kind of phone programmed into that thing" Cisco says before i go over to Barry, giving him a hug and whispering in his ear.

"You know you should ask Iris out"

"Why?"

"Because you're head over heels for her, so ask her"

"Now's not the time"

"Later is just another word for never, go for it" i whisper before letting go and walking back to Loki.

"I'll miss you all"

"We'll miss you too Ace" Caitlin says and smiles.

"Ace?" Loki asks.

"My new supername, i kinda like it"

"I like it too" he says before we speed off into the whole of blue clouds. I'm finally on my way home, i get to come home to Natasha. After almost two months, i'll be in her arms and finally have a good nights sleep. There are no words to describe it, more than it being the best feeling. Going back home after a long tim and receiving a loving hug from those who are eagerly waiting for my arrival...
