Bonus Chapter Two ✨

[A/N] I realize a lot of this isn't really canon like i've kind of fucked with the time line here but it's okay just deal with it and i hope you enjoy these lil bonus chapters

I'm probably going to do one more long ass bonus chapter and then this fic will finally be finished :(

The meeting had come to a close, allowing (y/n) to slip away without having to interact with anyone.

"Excuse me, Mrs. (l/n)." A voice called out, (y/n) spun around and looked at the boy, his forehead had the famous lightning bolt on it. He looked just like them, like Lily and James.

"Yes?" (y/n) asked, she had been staring at the boys eyes, they were just like Lily's, it was almost too much for the woman to even look at him.

"I was wondering if you'd tell me about my parents, Sirius said that you were my mums best friend." Harry marveled.

"You've got her eyes." (y/n) muttered, she'd completely ignored the boys question, though (y/n) was able to snap back to reality eventually.

"I'd love to tell you, but i've got somewhere that I need to be right now." (y/n) said nervously, Remus came and stood behind Harry, he shook his head and sighed at the woman.

"Cant you stay, you won't have to see the person you're avoiding." Remus smirked, (y/n) shot daggers at him and how open he was about the whole ordeal, though in Remus' eyes it was a problem that had a simple solution, communication.

"Alright fine." (y/n) huffed, she joined Harry at the grand dining room table, she didn't know where to begin, there was so much to uncover.

"Haha, well, your mother and I first met at the sorting dinner of course, the first thing that stood out to was her bright red hair." (y/n) began.

She had managed to get through year three before realizing that most of the order members had left now, only Potter's friends and Remus remained. 

"It was in third year that she found out about me, she was very clever. I'd never attend herbology on rainy days, and that year it rained excessively. So she did some researching and eventually came to the conclusion on her own." (y/n) sighed, Ron still seemed hypnotized by the woman, though she was no fleur, (y/n) was certainly still very beautiful.

"What kind of mermaid are you anyway, I had only heard of selkies." Hermione huffed, she was greatly disappointed in her lack of knowledge on mermaids, though it wasn't without reason, there was hardly any information on such creatures.

"My father always called us lunae, but that was just a name that his good friend gave him. I'm sure you've heard of him, it was Newt Scalamander, or something like that." (y/n) teased.

"You mean Newt Scammander, he wrote those crazy books." Ron beamed.

After the students finished raving, (y/n) opted to move on with the conversation, she could sense that Harry was going to ask about her and Sirius' relationship next, so be opted to act before he could do so.

"I almost forgot, I always carry this around with me." (y/n) said, she took out an old tattered photo and held it in front of the three curious students. "There's Lily and me, those unruly bunch are the Marauders, and the others are a few of our mutual friends." 

"You were so beautiful." Ron mumbled.

"Sirius looked quite different, and Remus as well." Harry noted, (y/n) nodded and chuckled.

"I'll leave you to it then." The woman said, she stood up and headed for the kitchen, she had been questioned heavily and felt that she deserved a break. (y/n) was surprised to find Remus there as well, and she hadn't noticed him at first, but beside him stood Sirius.
