"So we should start getting real serious about wedding planning. I've already made a few appointments. One on Wednesday over zoom with the people at the venue, since we aren't in Boston yet. Another on Friday for flowers and invites. And last one here on Saturday with the catering company over zoom." I took a bite out of the pancakes Chris made for breakfast this morning.

"And I finalized the movers and shipping costs for here to Boston. In three months. That gives us a little over a month to get fully moved in." Chris set his plate on his nightstand then set his head in my lap.

"And next week we go look at houses?" He nodded and we both started to smile. We both knew that this was our favorite thing before the wedding. Picking out our dream home to start our family in.

"So we do have openings in October. We have the 11th, 26th, 28th, and 30th. We usually have more opening closer to Halloween but we had another couple cancel for the 11th." She told us. "I would like the 11th. Just because I feel people get more busy closer to Halloween. And for the honeymoon we could be back in time for Halloween if we wanted. But that's your job." I giggled.

"I agree. Plus that should be the warmer side of October. Is there a deposit of some sort we need to send you?" "Yes. We have a deposit of $2,500 and you would pay the rest, the day before the wedding." Me and Chris looked at each other and nodded.

"So right now we are LA. But we really love this place. We do come to Boston in a week or I could have my brother come over and give you a check for the deposit." Chris told her. "Best option is have your brother come ASAP to put the deposit down. You could wait for next week, but we won't and can't guarantee that by then that day won't be taken by someone else."

"Alright. I can have him there by tomorrow?" Chris questioned. "Now that I can guarantee you can have that day. We usually give a day so people can get money figured out." She nodded turning to the other computer. "Perfect. Thank you. His name is Scott Evans. And I just texted him. He'll be there at noon. Does that work?" Chris smiled. I could tell he was really happy. "That's perfect. I'll get the paperwork all done. Now you can send out invitations."

"So I have about five houses to look at with you guys. We will go over and look at them in a span of today and tomorrow. Is that good?" Our realtor, Josh, questioned. "It's perfect." Chris nodded. We got all our invitations set up with the company so those go out at the end of the week. And the menu is all set. Just waiting for those invitations come back to know exactly what all is needed.

Walking up to the first house I liked how it looked. Just a bit too modern for my taste.

"Very modern look to the outside

"Very modern look to the outside." Chris pointed out. "This is the most modern looking from the outside of the five. All have that more modern look inside but this is the one on the outside too." Josh opened the door for us.
