Cali's POV

I fell asleep late last night even though I did nothing but read a book, but I woke up very early this morning. My body is still very tired but resting more says, no.

That's why I immediately got out of bed and made the bed. then I took a shower and got dressed. I wear a comfy pambahay dahil wala pa akong naiisip na plans for today.

Let's start the day on being productive. I hope my day starts and ends well.

It's been 3 days since I got back here in the Philippines. I don't do much. I am just entertaining myself most of the time. My friends are busy with their own jobs at sa iba pa nilang pinagkakaabalahan. Sometimes mom and dad are not at home either, so me and my sibling are the only one left at home. Since Viviane is graduating this year, she is also getting busy with her school works. She's talking online classes as of the moment so hindi na kailangan masyado pumunta sa school. Sometimes lang.

When I went down the stairs, I was surprised to see dad sitting on the couch. He was holding a newspaper and drinking coffee.

Mukhang walang lakad si dad ngayon ah, thats new. But also good thing, because I also want to talk to him about something I've been thinking about for a long time.

"Good Morning Sweetheart." Dad greeted but he didn't look at me. Napaka diin ng tingin nito sa binabasa niyang diaryo.

"Morning dad." I said as I approached him. When I got close, I sat next to him and hugged him.

He put down the newspaper he was holding and hugged me back. "What do you want and need from me huh?" Dad asked with a laugh.

I slapped my face and laughed. Dad knows my behavior very well. "Dad naman e."

He chuckled. "What do you need, go ahead. Tell me."

I sighed. "Okay." Umayos ako ng upo and so is he. "So I've been thinking about this before if I ever come back here to the Philippines, which I did. So maybe it's time to do that dad."

"And that is?"

"I wanna buy my own condo. I'll just live there–."

He cut me off. "Condo? You don't want a big house?" Dad asked in surprise. "A Castle? A Mansion? Ayaw mo?"

"You're not letting me finish dad." I said laughing. "I'll buy a condo for a mean time while I plan where to buy a house."

No. Lies.

While I plan if I'll stay here for good.

"Plus kahit gusto ko ng mansion or castle, sino naman ang kasama kong tumira doon e iisa lang naman ako?" Dagdag ko pa.

He smiled. "Good Idea. Pero anak, don't consider being alone forever as an option. Hindi rin ako papayag ng ganon. In the perfect time may makakahanap din sayo.

"Makakahanap?" I asked.

"Yes, makakahanap. Sila ang makakahanap sayo. Because you are not supposed to find forever or destiny. Hayaan mong sila ang lumapit sayo. I didn't raise you as a pesant, instead a princess. Just sit and wait."

"Copy." At nagsalute ako sakanya.

He laugh. "Salamat naman at naisipan mong bumukod. That's good."

"You seem to be very happy and I'm about to leave the house dad." I told him jokingly.

"True." Sinakyan ni Dad ang trip ko. 

I giggled.

"So when are you planning to look and move into a new condo?" Dad asked me.
