Ryujin X Yeji - Baby

POV | Yeji

I was playing on my phone while the other girls were having a conversation about random and honestly stupid things. Suddenly someone's hand slapped my shoulder and I heard, "Bahahahah!!!"

I gave a quiet whine and didn't pay that much attention.

"Lia, stop!!!!" Ryujin continued to laugh.

Yes, it was Ryujin, my girlfriend. She grabbed my shoulders again, this time shaking them, and hugged me, "Yeddeong, save me from laughing so hard."

I hissed, "Find someone else." I gave a louder whine, got out of her grip, and used my hands to press against the back of the couch, continuing to play my race car game.

Ryujin leaned her head back, her hair covering my phone, while she looked up at me, "Mmh.. give me a kiss."

I rolled my eyes, "No. Fuck off."

Ryujin furrowed her eyebrows, and shifted her body to the front, giving me a kiss, "There, I gave you one."

I growled, "Doesn't mean you'll get one back."

"What's wrong?" She pouts, asking in a baby tone. When I didn't answer, she kissed me again, "Bub~"

I walked away, going into the kitchen, and grabbed myself a bottle of water when I felt arms wrap around my waist and a head appear under my own arm.

"Let me give you lovings." Ryujin nuzzled my neck, kissing it softly, "I love you pretty baby~"

I shook her off, "Will you just leave me alone?"

"Ryujin.." Lia gave her a look, agreeing with me.

Ryujin huffed, "No, I wanna make my baby happy." She ran to me, hugging me even tighter.

I yelled, "Shin Ryujin! Fucking stop!" I push her off and she was very alarmed in her eyes. "Leave me alone! I mean it!" I went back to the couch, sitting on the opposite side from earlier, which was somewhat next to Lia. Everyone was a bit shocked but I didn't really care. I didn't like being bothered when I'm in a bad mood and well I was in a bad mood.

She pushed me to my limits and there was no way else to get her to stop but yell.

| 30 minutes later |

It was pretty late so I went to Ryujin and I's bedroom, getting under the sheets, on my side.

Ryujin looked at me from the doorway, "Are you still upset?"

I played with my nail, "I just didn't want to be bothered or anything like that."

She closed the door, "Why?"

I blinked, "I just didn't have a good day, I just didn't feel up to it, that's it."

She climbed into bed, "What did the doctor say when you went today?"

I growled, "Ryujin, I told you, everything was normal."

"It's your body, yes, so I won't force you to tell me in the end but everything was not normal."

I yelled, "Fine! Fuck it! They found out it might not be likely for us to have kids, are you happy?!"

Ryujin took a scarce breath, "What do you mean?"

POV | Ryujin

Yeji was now quiet, "I'm not as fertile as you and the sperm material mixed together."

I turned her around, looking into her eyes, "So what does that mean? What chance?"

Yeji licked her lips, "20."

I blink, "Out of 100?"

She looked down, "I froze my eggs."

I bit my own lip, thinking of what to say. This just impacted my whole life or my future I suppose. "We still have a shot, baby.."

My girlfriend laughed, "Ryujin. We're not gonna have a baby."

My heart dropped suddenly and I just felt my whole stomach rise to my throat.

I got out of bed, "Excuse me.." I went into the bathroom and had a panic attack.

No.

This can't be happening,

10 minutes later-

I came back in, and stood in front of the bed, "20% chance is better than 0. Baby it makes no sense, your parents were extremely fertile. What if it was a mistake?"

Yeji hit her forehead, "Doctors don't make mistakes, Ryujin."

I raised my voice, "Yes they do! Baby, all I'm saying is that we don't have the we're not going be able to have kids at all kind of thing. We still have a shot."

She looked down, "I get it Ryujin, I wanted kids too. But this isn't gonna make it come true. Goodnight, I love you." She turned her body over and shut her eyes.

I gulped, reaching over, and kissed her pale lips, "I love you too..."

It was a different 'I love you' tonight.

| the next morning |

I had my arms around Yeji when I felt her movement and her raspy voice answering what it sounded like audio coming from a phone. "Hello?" I opened my eyes, being so close to my girlfriend that I could hear what the person was saying.

"Hi, this is nurse Kim at Korea Hospital, Dr. Soo has informed that there was a mistake taken in your fertility percentage. She had mixed up two patients and quickly realized soon after you left. We are so sorry that we made this mistake but you have a 90% fertility rate, that you and your partner is ranked high. We have your eggs frozen here and we have the mixture of her and the sperm, whenever you want us to make it happen, just give us a call!"

Our eyes lit up and we kissed each other. "Thank you so much! This is such great news! Yes, we will let you know! Goodbye!" She hang up and hugged me tightly.

"Ahhhhh! We're gonna have a baby!!!!" Yeji screams and I scream too.

"See, I told you!!!" We smiled and laughed so hard.

I kissed her passionately after the excitement died down, "I wouldn't want to have this baby with anyone else, baby," I gave a small chuckle.
