As i walk down the stairs from the jet, I feel my phone vibrate in my pocket. I take it out and look down at the screen. I've been expecting this call. Miller's POV

There are alot of visitors today for Carter's first birthday. I have tried to keep my distance from Brooklyn as much as possible. But it's not easy when I'm her personal body guard. Felix doesn't want me to have too much involvement. He know's how close me and Brooklyn came to starting a relationship. I should of never let her mistake my friendship for more than it was. A need to protect her, I saw how lonely she was. It was easy to confuse those feelings, she was so vunerable and I was the only safe person she had in the apartment. I do love Brooklyn, I think I always will. But she was never meant to be mine. She will always have Matt in her heart and I have to do everything I can to keep her safe until we can safely reunite them. As I make my way towards my room I notice Fiona coming down the stairs.
