That night they had cheese pizza for dinner and Kelly was loving it. The whole time, Kelly told Jack and Gibbs what her favorite foods were. Her favorite fruit was an apple and her favorite vegetable was carrots. They all had a fun night, especially Kelly who was always running and jumping around. Jack was still amazed at how much energy she had after her long day.
After dinner, they decided to watch Kelly's favorite movie which was Frozen. She had said, "I love Frozen! You know why Mr. Gibbs?" Of course, Gibbs didn't know why so he responded with, "Why?" and Kelly's eyes lit up and smiled. "Because Elsa and Anna are the perfect sisters and Elsa is so pretty," This had made both Gibbs and Jack chuckle - not at her response, but how enthusiastically she said it.
So, they watched Frozen and then they just had to watch Frozen II. By the time the second movie had finished, Kelly was knocked out on the couch. She was very peaceful and the couple didn't have it in them to wake her up so Gibbs gently picked her up. He took her into the guest bedroom and into the bed. He tucked her in and kissed her head.
The couple went to bed right after. They were so exhausted. They were asleep for seven hours when suddenly a scream shot through the house, waking them both up.
Jack and Gibbs hops out of bed and runs into the guest room. Jack turns on the light and realizes that Kelly is just having a nightmare. Gibbs and Jack walk over to the bed and sit down on the edge of it. They shake her gently and wake the girl up.
"Hey, hey. It's just a nightmare," Jack says when Kelly wakes up with tears streaming down her face. "You two - you were gone. They - they," she says. Jack comforts her in a hug and Kelly just keeps crying. "It's alright. We're right here," Gibbs says, placing a hand on Kelly's shoulder.
