Chapter 47- im yours

(Ik I said I may do a smut chapter but, I changed my mind we're doing angst hahaha!)

Ghost was sitting up in bed next to soap, he didn't bare to sleep in his bunk, he was the only one awake, soap laid there restlessly, he had been doing paperwork all day, a soldier who Ghost didn't know slept most of the day and night, König, he was a little on and off, sometimes he looks like he's sleeping, or dead, the other times he's awake or just sitting there, Ghost looked around the room, everyone was actually asleep, he looked down at his hand, Soap was holding his hand, this was a procedure as Ghost liked to do silly things, Ghost took off his mask as he was sure everyone was asleep.

Ghost looked at soap and cupped his face with his other hand, 'he deserves someone better than me..' Ghost said in his mind, a tear fell down his face accidentally dripping down onto soaps cheek, soaps face twitched a little from the tears, Ghost panicked a little hoping he hasn't woke up the sleeping man.

-in the morning-

Ghost had sat up all night, he quickly put his mask back on as König woke up, he laid down pretending that he was sleeping, soap rolled over and laid his head on Ghosts chest, which made Ghosts act seem more real. Soap eventually woke up and slipped out of bed, as he thought Ghost was sleeping, after a while of acting Ghost got up out of bed and got dressed, he left the shared room and walked into the kitchen area. Soap, Gaz, price and a couple of other soldiers hanged aground talking about work or just personal life. Ghost had forgotten his jumper, he did have a shirt on but it was short sleeved, his scars were visible along side his arm tattoo, soap signalled Ghost over and Ghost went over to him, "hey Simon" said soap with a small smile, "hey.." said Ghost while rubbing his arm, soap went over to Ghost and put his hand on Ghosts shoulder, "hey.. Can I talk to you in private" said Ghost, "yea sure.. whats wrong" said soap while following Ghost to a room.

Once the got into the room, Ghost looked at soap and started to tear up, "I'm.. scared" said Ghost, "about what..?" Said soap, reaching for Ghosts hand, "that you will, leave me.. I mean you do deserve better.." said Ghost while choking back a sob, "hey.. I won't leave you.. I love you, and your the best thing that happened to me" said soap while cupping Ghosts face with both his hands, "when I say this and I mean it" soap paused. For a moment,  "I'm yours, and I'll always be yours, I'll never leave you" said soap, the two pressed foreheads together, soap pulled Ghost into a hug.

"I'm yours.."
