I was in a vast landscape. There were broken toys, old swing-sets, and a whole lot of sadness. There were random objects, like chairs and balls floating in the air. The whole area was black and white, as far as my eyes could see. I was standing on a rock path, that lead to an old, broken down house. The wood was rotting, and ivy was growing up the sides. I stepped towards the house, and walked up the stairs. The wood made creaking noises under my feet.

Where am I?

I got into the house, but it was far from an ordinary house. There were floating planks of wood that led to different doors with labels on them, with a few platforms in random areas. They all had different patterns, and were in different sizes. I walked towards a door labeled "Fears", that was bolted up with chains and caution tape. I could hear screaming from the inside.

Enough of that...

I walked back down to another platform, with a door labeled "Dreams" ,there was a sign on the door that said "Under Construction, Do Not Enter!"

I walked to a nearby set of stairs, and walked down. I saw a door labeled, "Memories". I opened the door, seeing that there were no warnings, and stepped in.

There were many more doors on the other side. Probably millions, actually. I opened one of the doors. It showed a video-like thing that kinda went in a loop when the...memory I guess finished. It had color and sound. It showed a young boy kicking a soccerball with a boy that had raven colored hair. His foot swung for the ball, but he completely missed and fell backwards. He began to bawl, while the other child began laughing. I heard a voice as well.

"Calvin? Honey, are you okay?" said a woman, I'm guessing his mother.

Wait, Calvin? Why is he here?

I closed the door, and opened the one next to it.

It showed a boy, that looked a lot like Calvin, in some kind of resturant. He was a waitor, and was carrying a big tray of food to a table. But, he slipped on something, and the food came crashing towards the customers, making a huge mess. A man came out, and pulled him away, then started yelling at him. I closed it, then went to the next. I opened a small trap door.

A boy, who was definitely Calvin, was walking on the street with a girl. She had light blonde hair, and dull hazel eyes.

"You know, Madelyn, I've been meaning to tell you something.." he began.

"What?" she said.

"I....think I..li-"

"Hey babe!" a voice said.

A buff guy with strong muscles came into the picture, putting his arm around Madelyn.

"I've been wondering where you were, what's up?"

There was a pause.

"Oh, hanging with this loser?" the man said, in a whisper.

Madelyn pushed him.

"Shut up! He's awesome."

I looked back over at Calvin, and he had a sad look on his face.

I slowly closed the door, being a but surprised that someone like Calvin could get discouraged like this.

Are these Calvins memories?

I walked on in the passage way, until I found a set of doors that looked similar in shape and design.

The following few doors were labeled: "Cody Memories", "Maddie Memories", "Nick Memories", "Ash Memories", "Emma Memories", "Dylan Memories", "Nate Memories", and finally "Ava Memories".

Is it bad if my name is last? Does it go in order from most to least important? Or if he met me last out of all these people?

Either way, I was going through that door.

As I walked in, there were doors all over the hallway. Normal sized doors were in reach, and smaller doors were closer to the ceiling. You would only be able to get to them if you had a ladder or something. My name echoed in the hallway, all being said by the same person, Calvin.

I opened one of them. I saw myself, knelled on the ground, picking up papers on the floor after some girls threw my stuff on the ground.

First day of school...and he saw that? How embarrassing....

I heard him sigh. He looked sympathetic, like he almost pitted me.

I closed the door, not wanting to see any of that again.

I opened another small door placed between two large doors.

We were sitting on a boat. Specifically the boat that we were on when we were going to Ellis Island.

"I meant to tell you that you looked pretty today, but I forgot to since Alex and Asher got lost on the way to the hotel room."

I saw myself blush, and I thanked him.

"Are you warm or something? Your face got red imm-"

I closed the door, not wanting to hear that again. I would probably start blushing all over again.

I cracked open another door, the words that came out made me think of us.

"Is that your scent?"

"Um...yes."

"You smell good."

That last sentence echoed in my mind. My heart felt like it would mean something in the future. But I tried not to think about it so much, and I continued down the hall.

I kept walking down the hallway, until I came close to the end. There was a coffee table, with a couch at the end of the hallway, and there was a stripped rug in front of it. I tried to look over to couch, but the hallway seemed to end in a dark abyss that I couldn't see the end of. I stepped on the carpet, to try to get on the couch, but I felt something weird under my foot. I lifted the rug, to see an old, rusted trap door on the ground. It was like one of those doors that you would see in a submarine with the wheel thing that could be turned to open it. I tried to open it, and it made a lot of creaky and cracking noises, but it opened. Inside was present day Calvin and Cody, in a living room of some sort.

"You guys should date. You guys seem pretty compatible."said Cody, in that gorgeous accent.

"I don't know, man. I don't think she likes me like that anyways. Hell, I don't even know if I like her like that. She's really amazing though, pretty too. She's super smart, funny, and sarcastic. She's not basic either. She's not like Madelyn where she gets mad at everything and then she goes on to date someone else. She's an introvert, and it breaks my heart when she acts like no on wants her around. She's probably the most interesting girl I've met. She's pretty without even realizing it. But, I guess it is my loss it someone else asks her out first. I just don't know if it'll be awkward if she doesn't like me back, or if we date and break up, and never talk again. I would rather never date her than to date her, break up, and never talk again."

There was a pause, Cody looked at Calvin.

"Sounds like you definitely have feelings for her, according to everyone."

Before I could hear more of the "memory" I heard a noise behind me, a horrifying noise to be exact. I turned around to see a clown.

"Hello, darling. I haven't seen you in so long...ever since the incident." he said. But horrifying enough, he said the last part in a psychotic tone.

"Sadly, I haven't seen you since you're last nightmare, so we should get to know each other a little more. How about we start with braiding each others hair, or cutting out your eyelids? Or maybe playing with dolls, or playing with your intestines?" he said, while slowly tilting his head to the side. His eyes rolled into the back of his head, and started running towards me, with a chainsaw in his hands.

I bolted upright in my bed, my head aching. I was in my room. No evil clown, no Calvin.

I laid back down in my bed, thinking about what may or may not have just happened.
