~Ava's POV~
Why did this trip have to end so soon?
We were heading back to the airport, back to reality.
Well, at least this trip was interesting. I got lots of cool photos and things like that. I also got some souvenirs for my mom and myself, which was a bit hard.
But now, I have to face the real challenge, Calvin.
Our teachers said that we had to sit where we sat when we came here anyways, to "avoid complications". It's probably better for Emma to sit by Nick anyways. She gets a little insane when she goes too long without boy time. I can't say I can blame her.
I got on the plane first, which was relieving. I didn't want to go through the trouble of awkwardly walking over his legs. It would have made the situation a lot more worse than it probably will be.
Maybe I'm overreacting, but whatever.
Not too long later, Calvin and his roommates came walking down the airplane isle. He looked at me and smiled as he approached our row. He paused in front of our row, and loaded his stuff into the storage unit above us. He sat down in his seat shortly after.
"Sups?"
"Hey."
I shivered. The plane was pretty cold. I put my blanket in my bag so I didn't have to carry it off the plane. All I was wearing was a pair of jeans, and a short sleeved shirt.
"Are you cold or something? It was pretty dumb of you to put away your blanket." he said.
"Oh, shush. And I'm fine, thank you very much." I said, while crossing my arms and shivering once more, trying to look remotely comfortable.
Calvin gave me a look that said "I know you're lying". He took of his jacket that he was wearing and handed it to me. I looked at it, looked at him, then took it. I put it on.
It was very warm. I guess it was a bit warmer since Calvin was wearing it. It was a black Nike sweatshirt. After I put it on, I already felt myself getting sleepy.
"Before you go to sleep, can I talk to you about something?"
Oh no.
"Mhm." I said, closing my eyes.
"Okay, so about what happened a few days ago..."
"Yeah. What about it? Are we an item now?"
He blushed.
"I mean, I don't really wanna date anyone right now-"
"Yeah, it's fine. Don't worry about it."
"It's not like I don't like y-"
"It's fine. Can I go to sleep now?"
"Eh, yeah go ahead. Sorry to keep you from your sleep."
"It's...fine...." I started snoozing away.

Calvin's POV
Well that didn't go very well...
I suppose I would be pretty upset if the person that kissed me didn't want to go out.
But no matter, I should get some shut eye...but Ava had my jacket. Fuck! I'm cold..
I heard a light snore beside me.
Ava...
Her mouth was open slightly, as if she were drinking something from a straw. Her breathing seemed normal, but at times it would speed up, and her body would squirm and her face would twitch.
Maybe she's having a bad dream...

Ava's POV
I was running, down a long, dark hallway. I feet clapped against the wooden floor. The hallway seemed endless, no matter how long I stared at the darkness in front of me, I never saw the beginning of an end, or light even. The walls of the hallway seemed to get tighter and tighter every few steps I took, unless it was one of those weird optical illusions.
Where am I going? Maybe this is just an endless loop, trying to make me figure something out. But what could it be?
I attempted to stop running, but it was like my legs were stuck in a permanent "go" mode.
I checked my surroundings, everything was made of wood. Nothing special. No pictures, no cracks, no holes, no people, no nothing.
I swore I saw something...there it is again!
Out of the corner of my eye, there was a small folded up piece of paper leaning against the wall. It just kept appearing in the same place, over and over again.
I cant stop running, what do I do?
The only two directions that I could move besides forward were side to side.
The paper was on my left side, so I tried to move to my left. I kicked the paper towards the middle of the hallway. I tried to bend over to pick it up, but I kind of tripped over myself, and landed flat on my face. I was barely able to open up the slip.
It was a picture of Calvin.
~~~~~
My head jerked up, as our plane landed at the airport.
"Wake up, sleepy head. We're home."
I groaned, and took of my (Calvin's) sweatshirt. I was sweating buckets, and I really needed to take it off.
I wonder what that dream was about...
"What'd you dream about?"
I had to think about my answer, so I didn't seem weird.
"I had a nightmare."
"Awe, I'm sorry."
He leaned over and side hugged me.
Was that a nightmare? I don't know anymore, but the real nightmare is that we have to go back to school in a few hours...
