We got to sleep in, finally. We didn't have to take off to Ellis Island until a little later in the day. Thank god for that. But strangely enough, I woke up at about 6:30. I didn't want to go back to sleep, I wanted to wander around for a bit.

I stretched my limbs and rose from my comfy bed, Emma was still sleeping next to me. I glanced over at the other bed to see Christina still sleeping, but Amelia was no where to be seen.

I wonder where she could have ran off to...

I walked downstairs to where they were serving breakfast, and got pancakes, bacon, and a croissant. I stepped onto the outdoor dining area that I forgot about. There were tables with benches, and umbrellas shooting towards the sky to keep the hot sun off of the guests in the summertime. But they were shut and clamped down for the winter season.

I saw Amelia sitting down on a bench, with her face stuffed in the same Harry Potter book that she was reading when I met her. There was a plate on the table in front of her with a crumpled up napkin, a half eaten danish, and some crumbs. She kept glaring at her watch for some unknown reason, then again you can never tell with Amelia. She could be checking the time, or seeing when her next atomic bomb could explode, don't ask.

I strolled over to her and took a seat.

"Oh, hello Ava! Nice to see some girls our age getting up early."

"Well, it wasnt exactly on purpose. I just woke up suddenly and and I didnt feel like going back to sleep."

"Ah, well now you can see the beautiful sunrise."

I looked up at the morning sky and saw a wide horizon exploding with colors like orange, pink, and purple. It was a magnificent view, there were no trees in the way or anything. It was perfect.

Amelia and I sat there discussing more about ourselves and staring at the sky. I actually learned quite a bit about her. She told me that her family was going to the Bahamas this summer, which is like the best vacation place ever.

After our little hangout, I figured that it would be best to head back to our room so that Emma and Christina wouldn't freak out since they didn't know where we were.

We got to our room in a matter of minutes, but opened the door to a surprise.

"WHERE THE HELL ARE MY SUNGLASSES?!"

I looked around to see that our hotel room was a complete and utter mess. There were articles of clothing spilling out of the drawers and trash all over the floor with the trash bin knocked over. Emma's hair was a mess, very ratted up and in a high ponytail. I saw a lump under the other bed, and walked over and lifted up the covers to see Christina trembling and shaking.

"What the hell are you guys doing?!"

"I cant find my sunglasses! They're my favorite pair! I need~ them!" Emma said, with a worried tone in her voice.

"That doesn't mean that you can tear up our room! What is wrong with you?!"

Emma lightly sighed, and bowed her head.

"Sorry, Ava. I'll clean this up on my own..."

"Thank you. Youll have plenty of time since we dont have to leave for Ellis until 7 in the evening. Theres suppose to be some kind of 'special show' for us."

"Well, that sounds great." Emma said, in a bit of a sarcastic tone.

"Christina, you can come out now..."

"Are you sure..?" Christina whispered worriedly. "She gets very scary when shes angry, and that's coming from me!"

I sighed, and bent over to pick up a shirt that I packed in my bag, that was now on the floor.
