"This kid just rejected one of his classmate's confessions, what the fuck..." komento ni Nyx na rinig namin dahil sa earpiece na suot. 

Nagkatinginan kami ni Kalen at natawa dahil doon. We cant deny that Mirko is handsome even at such a young age. 

"Para namang hindi mo naranasan ang mga ganyan, Nyx. I bet you had so many admirers back then." 

We heard Jaren scoff and say something, but we couldn't understand.

"Kalen receives letters from both girls and guys, and whenever we pass by the corridors, they're shouting his name. Hindi ko na mabilang ang mga nireject niyan." pangbubuska naman nito sa kaibigan. 

Tumingin ako kay Kalen at mabilis ang naging pag-iling iling niya habang nakataas pa ang dalawang kamay sa ere. 

"I simply don't want to give them false hope. I wasn't prepared for a relationship at that time..."

Nagkibit balikat lamang ako. I can't blame those people who confessed to him though, I'll be lying if I don't say he's not handsome and hot at the same time. Girls would want a piece of him. 

Nabaling na lang muli ang tingin ko sa laptop nang tumunog ito.  I successfully hacked the school's CCTV and now it's time for street surveillance.  

"I saw some cars circling the school, to the east and south. There were five suspicious men in the children's park next to the school," I informed them. Nyx is waiting outside the school and confirmed that he also saw them.

"Just stick to the plan, our men will help if things go south. It's nearly 4 pm, Mirko should be done any minute now."

Mula sa cctv ay nakita kong kumilos na rin ang limang lalaki patungo sa guard na siyang nagbabantay sa pinaka-gate ng school. 

"Minho..." I said on the other line. Kagabi kasi ay naisipan ko din bigyan siya ng isang earpiece dahil kakailangan ko din sila ngayon, mas madali ko siyang makakausap sa ganitong paraan. 

"Those men will kill the guard, can you try and take them down without alarming the others?"

"On it." maikling sagot ni Minho at nakitang pasimple itong umikot sa likod ng guard house at sinalubong ang mga lalaki.

Pinalitan ko ang screen at tinignan kung anong nangyayari sa loob ng guard house, namangha ako ng mabilis mapatumba ni Minho ang tatlo sa mga lalaki at dalawa na lamang ang natira na di kalaunan ay wala na ding malay sa sahig. 

Nag thumbs up sa cctv si Minho at nagpasalamat naman ako dito. 

"Nyx, the bell will ring in 4...3...2..."

Nagtakbuhan ang mga estudyante palabas ng sari-sariling silid at diretso sa main gate. Nakita ko pang si Minho na ang umasikaso sa mga ito dahil ang guard ay nawalan din ng malay. 

"I can't see him, a little help?"

Mabilis kong hinanap sa screen ng laptop ang bata. Inisa isa ko ang school premises at nang makita siya ay cool na cool lang itong naglalakad sa isang hallway habang bitbit sa isang balikat ang bag. 

"He's on the way to the gate, you can meet him halfway. Minho..."

"Yes?" 

"Three men approaching from the east, be alert." I saw Minho make his way to the east and blend in with the crowd. 

Nyx on the other hand is also approaching the kid. Nakatayo lamang ang bata at tila kinikilala ang lalaki sa harap niya. 

"Where's Mang Julian?" 

Smart kid. Looks like his grandmother taught him not to go with strangers. Nyx keeps his calm and converses with the child. 

"I'm sorry but Mang Julian forgot to tell you that his wife, Aling Glorietta's, birthday is today. I will take you home, for the time being, Im Nyx, his niece."
