Chapter 12

"Everyone, meet our new members," Bella spoke. "Seismo, Lunk, Flurr, Volectro, Kraw, Rokit, and Magnifo.

Everyone chattered along as they were introduced to the newest members. Bella watched, being happy that everyone was getting along.

That was when she noticed that someone was missing. "Where's Ruby?" She asked.

"Oh, she went to show Rapunzel Copper 9," Uzi told her. "They'll be back in a little bit."

"Are they part of the Deciphers too?" Lunk asked with a smile.

"Ruby is," Bella told him. "You see, Rapunzel was just  visiting. But she's a great friend. You'll like her. She's literally a ball of sunshine."

"That's really nice," Flurr said with a smile as he shook Autumn Blaze's hood with one of his wings.

"Yeah, it is," Bella chuckled as everyone talked with the Mixels and she floated up to the window.

She sighed as she looked through. She heard footsteps and looked to see Cassandra walking by with a map. At first, Bella barely reacted. But then she realized it was Cassandra and gasped.

The leader's gasp was heard by every Decipher in the house, as they all looked at her as she floated all the way back down.

"What wrong, Bella?" Seismo asked, concerned for Bella.

"I just saw Cassandra," Bella explained. "She had some map. She might be looking for something dangerous."

"Something dangerous?" Dipper said shocked.

"Well, what are we waiting for?" Rokit asked as he waved the little red guns stuck to his fingers. "We gotta stop her!"

Everyone began to rush at the door, but using her telekinesis, Bella managed to stop them. "Hold it," she told them. "It's just Cassandra. None of the villains are with her."

"So?" Kraw asked, not getting the point.

"If it'zzz just her, then we can outnumber 'zzz her," Volectro added, sparks of electricity surrounding himself and zapping him as he spoke.

"Outnumbering Cassandra makes it too easy," Bella told them. "Besides, I don't want to fight her. For once, I just want to talk to her. And since seven of you are new members, I want you to get fully settled in. This is our HQ alright."

"And how do you know she's gonna listen?" Uzi asked with a raised brow. "I mean, you're like...her archenemy. She didn't listen to Rapunzel, so what makes that different?"

"I can't be so sure if she'll listen to me or not," Bella told her. "But ever since the whole thing with the red rocks, I started to have faith in her. I know there's good in her because this time, it wasn't an attack or act of malice. She was as scared as everyone in Corona was. There's still time to save her."

"Look, if you want to go alone and talk to Cassandra, it's fine," Wendy told her. "I'll handle the tour and get the newbies to settle in."

"Thanks, Wendy," Bella said as she shifted into her human form and began to leave for the door, until she turned to look at every member of her team. "And I want no fighting while I'm gone. And definitely no Spike."

"Don't worry, Bella," Adam assured her. "With us guiding the little newbies around, what could go wrong?"

Bella just stared at him. Bree sighed. "Relax, you have nothing to worry about," she told her. "We'll make sure there's no fights going on. And we'll keep Chase from going full Spike."

"Good, I want Seismo, Lunk, Flurr, Volectro, Kraw, Rokit, and Magnifo to feel welcomed here," she told her members. "I do want the same incident from when N and Uzi joined to happen twice."
