About a month and a week ago before the Deciphers were formed...

It had been a day or two since the whole incident with Cassandra. Dipper still has nightmares about that incident.

Every night, he's afraid. What if Cassandra came after him and Mabel again? What if she was planning to do something worse?

It haunted him to think what would happen if Bella haven't came in time. He wasn't sure how much of that torture he and his sister could take. Tonight have made his anxiety and fear much worse. His sister wasn't here with him.

She was at Grenda's house. Another sleepover with her and Candy. So, right now Dipper was alone. But at least Stan and Ford were still home. But would they hear his screams of fear if Cassandra were sneak into his room?

Dipper froze in his sleep. He was no longer tossing and turning around in his sleep. Something deep in his mind told him a presence was near.

He heard sounds. Window being unlocked, opening up. Dipper felt someone's shadow on him, but he squeezed his eyes shut. However, the last straw came when he felt skinny cold fingers on his shoulder.

Dipper jolted awake and began to scream, but the person in his room quickly clamped her hands over his mouth to keep him quiet.

Dipper looked into the cat like eye of Bella Cipher, realizing it was just her and not Cassandra. "You're gonna alert your grunkles and you know what's gonna happen if they see me," Bella told him. "If I move my hands, you have to be quiet and not scream, okay?"

Dipper nodded after a moment. Bella then removed her hands, allowing Dipper to quietly catch his breath.

"I'm so sorry," Dipper apologized, whispering quietly to not alert Stan or Ford's attention. "For a second, I thought you were Cassandra."

"It's fine," Bella told him. "Even the thought of Cassandra coming back had gotten  me on edge.  I know I should've knocked before walking in here, but I thought if I started knocking louder, in case you didn't wake up, Stan and Ford would've woken up too."

"It's fine," Dipper told her. "It's a good thing you're here though. Maybe you could protect if Cassandra decides to sneak in."

"I don't think Cassandra is coming for you or your sister anytime, I think she learned her lesson," Bella said. "Also, where is your sister?"

"She's at Grenda and Candy's sleepover," Dipper explained. "She's not gonna come back until morning."

"Oh," Bella said. "Well, the reason why I'm here because I wanted you and Mabel to come to the high school with me and Wendy."

"Why the high school?" Dipper questioned, confused. "And I thought Wendy hated high school."

"Yeah, Wendy told me all those awful things about it, and believe me, I wouldn't want to go to high school if those things were true," Bella said, making a disgusted look in her eye before she continued. "But anyways, it's summertime, which means all the schools are gonna be empty. We'll have the entire high school to ourselves."

"Really?" Dipper didn't think Bella wanted to do anything like that.

"It's okay, Dipper," she assured him. "It's not like there's any security guards. No adults. No teachers. No janitors. No guidance counselors.  We can do whatever we want in there."

Dipper's new crush was  asking him to come with her to an empty high school. "We'll hang out in the gym together," Bella continued. "Wendy is packing lots of stuff. Those cans that shoot those things called silly string. We can throw water balloons or balloons filled with paint. We can play with water guns. I even got some really fun games that I used to play with my dad."
