It's been a week since the incident with Tessa. Bella had a few changes to the HQ since Tessa, Collin, Cletus and Keenie were moving in with her. Now the house had four more pyramids attached through tubes.
The Deciphers have been a lot busier than ever. Now that they have encountered Bill briefly, trying to stop the Weirdmageddon was gonna be harder than they thought.
It was surprising that Bill hadn't come to their HQ. Sure, they never told him where it was, but it's not like the villain wouldn't know eventually. Anyways, while Tessa didn't become a Decipher, unlike Collin, Cletus, and Keenie, who were happy to help anyone in need.
Tessa stayed with the Deciphers and finally felt safe. She slowly began to no longer hate Cassandra. While she didn't forgive her, Tessa no longer dedicated her mission to ending Cassandra for good.
However, while the Deciphers were busy, a few days during the week happened an very awful incident. Bella had received rumors about one of Doll's locations at a camping site on Copper 9.
Determined to locate her and keep her from harming others, Bella and the Deciphers made it their mission to head there and find her. So Uzi and Ruby managed to convince their teacher to get them a bus ride to the camping site.
The plan was originally for them and the other Deciphers to head alone, but because the teacher wasn't happy with Uzi's classmates' test grades, the mission was turned into a field trip.
Luckily, Bella and the other Deciphers had a backup plan, becoming camp counselors to distract the class, while Uzi would explore to investigate the whereabouts, and Ruby and Thad staying with their classmates to secretly look for clues while also spending time together.
However, the mission had gone terribly wrong. First, V started to act strange. Wanting to harm Uzi, acting like she was some kind of threat. Then, Uzi went crazy, developing a new form as she had huge bat wings and a long tail with monstrous creature at the end with purple eyes and a mouth with sharp teeth.
Uzi began to kill most of her classmates, and when she went for Thad, Ruby tried to protect him, discovering she had solver powers upon doing so.
When N showed up, Uzi finally came to her senses, and everything was normal, including V, who began to act less hostile towards Uzi. When the teacher had noticed that some students were 'missing', the Deciphers were afraid of what his reaction may be if they had told the truth, and Bella didn't want to lie or blame the disappearances on someone else.
But V took the blame for the murders to keep Uzi out of trouble. Surprisingly, the teacher didn't really care, and probably wouldn't have if they actually told him the truth. But Bella decided their luck shouldn't be pushed further.
Now after talking with V, Bella learned the absolute solver may have had something to do with Uzi's transformation and behavior that resulted of the deaths on some of her classmates.
Now that Ruby also had the absolute solver, worry spread through Bella. What if it happens to her too? What if the same thing happens to Uzi twice?
So shortly before Uzi and Ruby were about to head home, Bella made it clear with them and everyone else that no one, not their friends or even their family was to know about the incident.
She also made it a rule to only use the absolute solver for emergencies, such as fighting villains in self defense and to protect innocents, save innocent people and creatures from a life or death situation, and in some cases where the absolute solver was needed in a plan.
The absolute solver wasn't to be used for trival things. Using the absolute solver to cheat in a contest or game, to get the TV remote without getting up from the couch, or trying to play a new game with them was forbidden.
