Two days after the 'hang' show, Mark and Stormie planned a picnic on the beach. They invited a lot of people; me and my band, Brandon and Savannah and their band, Chloe, and Alexa. They also invited some of R5's managers and producers, and my mom.

All the Lynch's and I are currently helping load everything into their van.

"The last time we were all together, they told us about a concert. What do you think it's going to be this time?" Riker asks his siblings.

"Maybe there isn't a surprise or anything. Maybe they just wanted to have a get together." I suggest.

"We'll find out soon though. Everyone's suppose to meet at the beach around 1." Rydel says.

We finished helping them, then we head to the beach.

Once we're at the beach, we claim a couple of the picnic tables, we set up a volleyball net, and lay out our towels in the sand.

When everything was set up, people started arriving.

As soon as everyone showed up, Mark started getting stuff ready to cook, and everyone else had fun on the beach.

Rydel, Alexa, Chloe, Savannah, and I went in the water for a little while, then decided to go lay in the sun.

We didn't talk about much, but we were still having fun.

About 20 or so minutes later, the guys come over to us.

"Do you girls wanna play volleyball with us?" Riker asks.

We look each other.

"Sure." We all say.

"We'll play too." Justin says as him, Dallas, Adam, and Nick walk over.

"So how are we going to split into teams?" Ryland asks everyone.

"I think I'll sit this one out. I'll keep score." Brandon says to the group.

"I wanna be with Ellington!" Rydel says as she walks over to him.

Savannah and I give weird looks to each other, then shrugged it off.

"Okay, but that still doesn't help how we're splitting the teams." Ryland argues.

"How about Ross and Chelsea, Rydel and Ellington, Riker and Chloe, and Justin; against me, Alexa, Ryland, Savannah, Dallas, Adam, and Nick." Rocky says.

"Splitting up the bands. This should be fun." Ryland says smirking.

The teams slip onto the two sides of the court.

"Who starts with the ball?" Riker asks.

"How about Chelsea's team since her birthday's next week?" Justin suggests looking at me and smiling.

"Sounds fair to me!" Rydel agrees.

Riker throws the ball over the net and I catch it.

I start off the game.

After a few rotations, the score is 11-10 my team is winning.

It's our turn to serve. Justin throws the ball in the air to hit it. The ball goes over the net, but goes out of bounds.

"Guys! What's the score?" Mark yells.

"11-11." We all yell back.

"Next point wins, food's almost done!" He yells again.

Rocky grabs the ball and goes to serve it.

The ball goes over the net and right to Rydel. Rydel then bumps the ball to Chloe, and she sets it. It was a pretty good set, so I go for it. I jump up and spike the ball over the net.

Riker and Ryland both dive for the ball and miss it.

"Woo!!" Ross, Ellington, and Justin yell.

Rydel, Chloe, and I laugh at them.

"Guys, it wasn't really that big of a deal." I say.

"We won! Of course it's a big deal!" Ross says hugging me.

We all start laughing.

Everyone goes over to the picnic tables and helps set up stuff for the food.

"What time is it?" Rydel asks her mom.

"It's about 4:30. You guys were playing volleyball for about an hour." She answers.

Ross and I sit down at one of the tables and start eating. A couple minutes later, Riker comes and sits down next to me, with Chloe on his other side

Rydel and Ellington sit down across from the four of us and they start their own little conversation.

"What's up with those two lately?" I whisper to Riker.

"I have no idea." He whispers back.

"I think something's going on between them." Ross whispers.

"No way. Rydel's my best friend, she would've told me."

"Told you what?" Rydel asks me.

"Nothing. It's not important."

We finish eating about a half hour later.

"Well I guess you were right, I guess there wasn't an announcement." Riker says to me as we stand up to throw our plates away.

"Does there always have to be an announcement when we all get together?" Stormie asks him. "What if we just wanted to get together to spend time with each other and have fun? Everyone's so busy all the time I thought this would be a good idea."

"Sorry mom. You're right. We do need to spend more time together." Riker says as he hugs her.

"We should have a bonfire!" Rydel says excitedly.

"It's not even dark yet. Let's wait a little while." Mark tells her.

As I'm helping my mom and Stormie clean up, I feel a pair of arms wrap around me from behind.

"Do you want to go for a walk with me?" Ross asks me before he kisses my cheek.

"I'd love to."

I go over by our stuff and put on my cover-up dress type thing and Ross and I start walking along the water.

Hope you liked!!

So I was just hanging out in my room a couple days ago, and randomly I had a really good idea for this story.

It's actually kinda two ideas, but it's going to take about 2 maybe 3 more chapters after this to fully complete my idea. This chapter is it starting off.

I'm going to start wrapping things up for this book soon. Writing just doesn't feel like it used to anymore and I'm kinda getting bored with it.

Question: Is anyone going to see R5 this summer?

I'm seeing them on July 20th in Pittsburgh!

Thanks for reading!! :)
