The beautiful, golden sunlight shyly peeked through my sheer, white curtains that fluttered gently against the chilly breeze. My groggy eyes slowly crept open as a tired yawn escaped me. My slight shifting shot a wave of aching and soreness through every single nerve of my body, fully reminding me of how exhausted I am after last night. I yawned again and stared blankly at the blurry ceiling, letting my eyes focus themselves.

"Good morning, wifey." I could only smile quietly to myself hearing his usual morning greeting. Although I've heard him plenty of times before, his morning voice is incredibly attractive every time I hear it. I finally rolled over to face him, blessing my eyes with a beautiful sight first thing in the morning.

"Morning, hubby." My hand covered a third yawn before giving my forehead a gentle peck, his usual morning kiss. As always, he smiled happily and pulled me into his bare chest, letting me relax myself in his arms once more. "What time is it?"

"Almost ten," he answered as he played with my hair, which had grown out a bit since the battle against the Alvarez Empire.

"I'm surprised you're awake at this hour, and before me too," I said. "Have you been just watching me the entire time?"

"Yup. You looked so peaceful, so I didn't wanna wake you; plus looking at your pretty, little face is therapeutic." His smile widened proudly from the statement. Why does he keep calling me face therapeutic to look at? "Anyways, uh... Are you, um, hurt anywhere?"

"I'm fine. Just a bit sore and exhausted. And cold too." Small goosebumps littered my arms from the autumn chill as I snuggled him and the blanket some more for warmth. Hearing my words, Sting reached over the edge of the bed and handed me my sweater that got carelessly tossed to the side last night. The moment my upper half was covered and cozy, he wasted no time in showering my face with excited little kisses.

"Hey, your stubble tickles," I chuckled and rubbed my chin.

"You'll get used to it." His little smooches continued until he grew tired and collapsed over my chest again. We were both comfortable and neither of us wanted to get out of this toasty nest. "... Should we bathe now?"

"Mm. Let's shower then soak in the tub for a bit. Lisanna gave me some new bath bombs and salts, saying I'll love it."

"Sounds good. Also, let's go to the store after breakfast. I wanna buy some things," Sting said.

"Sure. I need to restock my snacks and buy some new makeup too. My eyeliner and mascara are running out. Oh, I need to get a new beauty blender too."

"That egg-looking thing? I thought you bought a whole pack not that long ago."

"Hm... I wonder what happened to them." I gave him a glance, which instantly reminded him of what happened last time.

"Hey, in my defense, they look like eggs and smelled nice," he pouted. "They were just laying on the counter so I thought you got me snacks."

"I guess I'm partially to blame for getting white ones," I sighed as he carried me into the bathroom.

We enjoyed a warm shower together before letting our bodies sink into the relaxing tub. I excitedly opened the cute packaging to the brand new, fancy, glittering white bath bomb that made Sting's eyes sparkle and a little drool dripped from the corner of his lips.

"... You can't eat this," I said, making his face drop into a cute, disappointed pout. "I'll make avocado egg sandwiches for brunch after."

"Awesome!" His mood was instantly lifted. "All of your cosmetic stuff looks and smells so good. They look like little snacks in their pretty, little containers."
