Morning finally came after last night's little scare, and although I thought I slept fine, I can't exactly say the same for Sting.

"Morning," I yawned as I sat up for a good morning stretch.

"Morning..." Sting groaned, looking more like a zombie than ever. He looked like he barely slept last night.

"Bad night?" I asked and he nodded groggily as he pulled me in for a back hug.

"How can I sleep properly knowing there might be a ghost in my house?" he mumbled and buried his head in the nape of my neck, letting out another tired sigh.

"You want to sleep a little more?" I suggested and he slowly nodded, pulling me back down into the blankets with him. He nuzzled against my chest tightly, not willing to loosen his grip anytime soon.

"G'Morning..." Lector greeted as he did a cute little kitty stretch in his spot, "He's still sleeping?"

"He didn't sleep very well because of the movie last night, so he'll sleep a bit more right now," I explained and stroked Sting's hair gently.

"I see. I guess I'll go back to sleep for a bit more too," Lector yawned and snuggled against his partner before immediately drifting back to sleep; Sting also fell asleep pretty quickly too. I guess I'll go back to sleep for a bit too; it's not like I can move with his arms around me like this anyways. After giving Sting and Lector a little kiss on their heads, I let myself sleep in a bit more before worrying about work later today.

When we finally came to the guild, it was already nearly two in the afternoon. Many were already going on various jobs and others were having a semi-late lunch with their groups.

"Morning..." Sting yawned as we entered.

"Good afternoon to you too," Orga chuckled.

"You're later than yesterday," Rufus added.

"I thought the Princess would be an early riser though," Orga said, making me sigh. Due to my lack of energy right now, I chose to ignore his remarks and joined Rogue at a table to help sort through the stack of job requests, separating personal requests, S-Class missions, and regular missions into neat piles.

"Twin Dragons, there's a request for you guys," I said and handed them the flyer.

"We'll be going then," Rogue said and headed towards the door with Frosch.

"Thanks. I'll see you later then," Sting gave me a kiss on the cheek before following Rogue out of the guildhall. I waved to him and Lector as they left for their job.

"So how's your first night living with Sting?" Orga asked. Does this guy not have friends? Why does he keep talking to me? Judging by past experience, he's really not gonna stop until he gets an answer, unfortunately...

"It was good," I answered blandly and kept my focus on the paperwork in front of me.

"Yeah, I can see that you guys had lots of fun even though you tried to cover it up with makeup," he smirked. Even without looking, I can tell where his eyes were roaming, making me sigh once more.

"Where do you think you're looking?"

"You didn't even look at me, so how would you know where I was looking?"

"It's not hard to tell when you're literally burning holes into me. So would you be a dear and take your eyes off of my chest area for me?" I smiled, but I'm sure my eyes were more than enough to show that I wasn't pleased. I adjusted the collar and neckline of my dress a bit and continued working, trying my best to ignore the other lightning mage's constant annoyance.
