"It is during our darkest moments that we must focus to see the light."
Alexandria Wright
"The daughter of Miles Wright has finally broken her silence and interviewed with us to tell us her side of what has been happening behind the curtains."
I read the tabloid in the magazine and stood feeling the anxiety bubbling in my chest. Since this came out this morning I haven't had everyone swarming me yet.
Hunter and I came out to grab a few things from the stores but I had wandered off just enjoying the moment of peace.
"Oh my god are you Alexandria Wright?!" I spin around frightened by the sudden presence behind me. But I am surprised by who is standing in front of me. "That's what your secret was. You are the daughter of a millionaire." Harry stands with his hands behind his back.
"Oh haha." I sarcastically laugh rolling my eyes in the process.
"So this is the third time I have seen you. If I remember correctly you said we could be friends if fate brought us together." He lifts his eyebrow.
"I don't know for sure. How do I know you aren't one of the many people just trying to get information from me." I joke.
"Maybe, maybe not. You don't know until you try to be my friend." He comes up closer the smell of his musky cologne flushing my nostrils.
My eyes sweep over his appearance, he's in a suit again. Every time I have seen him he has always been in a suit. It's kind of weird.
"Why are you always in a suit when I see you?" I start walking away knowing he will follow.
"I was walking home from work and saw you. You told me the last time only fate would tell us if we were meant to be friends so I wasn't going to pass up the chance." I nod looking anywhere but him.
When I look at him my stomach starts turning and I can't stop it, making our conversation feel a little weird.
"What do you do?"
"You are not the only one with a millionaire father." I finally looked up to meet his eyes. "I work at my dad's business." He answers my initial question. He looks down at me, glancing over my face. "You are stunning."
My cheeks heat up and I bring my hand up blocking his view of me. "Don't do that," I whine.
"What." He acted clueless.
"You know exactly what you are doing Harry. Don't act dumb." He laughs, grabbing my hand and forcing me to look at him.
"But if I don't, who will?"
"How do you know I don't have a boyfriend waiting for me when I get home?" His hand flexes in mine. "Oh, is someone jealous?" I tease poking my finger from the opposite finger in his chest.
