"What the fuck was that?" He says the minute my little brother walks out of the kitchen.
"It's my fucking inheritance."

"There is a one in a million chance of that ever happening," I exclaim to Maliki the person who has insisted on arguing with me this morning.
"Whatever you say." I roll my eyes.
"But what she is saying does make sense," Nathan says which only makes Maliki frazzled.
Maliki throws his hand up in the air."Nathan, whose side are you on?" He scolds our younger brother. "We are supposed to be here to support each other."
"Face the facts Kai she's right and you're wrong." Violet puts in her two senses from her spot by the roses I had brought in just a couple of days ago.
"No Violet River Wright. I will not face the facts." Maliki wag's his finger in her face and she goes forward to act like she was going to bite him.
"How about this one..." Hunter exclaims loudly, grabbing all of our attention. "You are all wrong and I am right." We all boo him and throw the nearest pillow at him. "Tough crowd." He plop's down in his seat next to me wrapping his arms around my waist and leaning his forehead on my shoulder.
"Being attacked by a shark isn't that rare." Maliki continues his wrong argument might I add.
"Okay I looked it up and it is a one in a three-point seven million chance." I throw my arms up in victory.
"Suck it."
"Whatever. Hunter get off my sister. If you're not her boyfriend then there is no need for you to be up close and personal." Maliki complains in a tone only losers use.
"I think it's cute that the two of you have such a close friendship," Violet stated looking at the two of us. "Nowadays all guys want is what's in my pant's."
"And we don't give it to them now do we vi." Hunter lifts his head and look's at my little sister with a serious look.
"No, we do not." Hunter leans over, holding his hand up and Violet proceeds to give him a high five.
Hunter has always had the biggest soft spot for Violet. He says she reminds him of how his little sister was. She died when we were eleven. I still remember the bright smile she has on her face every time she would see me. She was another person who gave me a nickname. She would call me sissy.
"Well now that we have cleared that up. What are we doing now that the terrible three are gone?" I shrug my shoulder's.
Our older brothers left without saying a word to any of us. One day they were here and then the next day when we woke up they were nowhere to be seen. I'd be lying if I didn't say that it kind of hurt they left without telling me goodbye.
