When you woke up you went and made breakfast for both you and larissa and when you were done you took it back into the bedroom and woke up Larissa handing her the food and sitting back down next to her "this looks good dear thank you" she said as she started to eat "it's my pleasure love, do you want to do anything today?" You asked also eating "well actually I need to talk to you about something that marylin and I were talking about" you looked at her a bit scared "what is it?" "Well marylin thought it might be a good idea that once you have graduated that you come back and work here" you smiled at the thought of being a teacher "what would I teach?" "Well what would you like to teach?" You thought for a minute before answering "I do love English and would love to do that" you said moving your plate to the bed side table "well you could teach English then, but you don't have to decide right now you still have 2 years as a student" weems said as she stood up "ok I'll think about it but I already know my answer" you said as you also stood up and took your plate to the kitchen and washed it up along with larissas plate. You then relaxed for the rest of the day whilst Larissa started to prepare for the next term at school as everyone would be returning in 2 weeks.
The next day you decided that you were going to go look at a few rings so you made an excuse up so weems wouldn't know "hey love I need to go do a few things in Jericho, so if it's ok with you I'm going to head out soon" you said whilst getting changed "do you want me to come with you?" Weems asked getting up and standing behind you "No it's alright I just want a little alone time if that's ok?" You asked hoping she wouldn't take it the wrong way and she hugged you from behind "that's fine darling, are you ok though?" She asked a bit worried "I'm fine just this week was full on and I need a bit of time to clear my head" you said looking into her eyes before kissing her "ok well if you need me you can call me and when you come back if I'm not in here I'll probably be with marylin in the library" you let go of the hug and gave her one more kiss before getting your shoes on "ok I'll try not to be too long" you said before grabbing the car keys and leaving. You made your way into Jericho and when you got there you parked the car up and found your way to a little jewellery shop "hi can I help you with anything?" one of the workers asked as you started to look at some rings "could you come back in about 10 minutes?" You asked "of course if you need any help just call me over" she said before walking away and you got your headphones out and put them in before taking your phone out to FaceTime Lizzie. "Hey y/n what's up?" Lizzie said as she answered the phone "I need your help" you said turning the camera round and showing her all the rings in front of you and she gasped "oh my god! Ok which one were you looking at?" Lizzie asked as she looked at all of them and you pointed at 2 different ones in the case, one was a silver ring and the other was a rose gold ring and Lizzie looked at both of them for a minute before responding "which one do you think is best y/n" you looked at both of the rings before answering "I think she'd love the rose gold one, what do you think?" You asked with anticipation "I think she would love it" Lizzie pretty much screamed and you laughed "thank you Lizzie I'll get it then" you said with a big breath "no problem y/n. When are you going to ask her?" "I think New Year's Eve or is that to cringey?" You asked a bit worried "I think that's perfect just make sure you make it special" Lizzie said "Trust me I will, I love you thanks for helping me out" you said before saying goodbye and ending the phone. You called the worker over and showed her the ring you wanted "I'll take this one please and have you got a dark red ring box by any chance?" You asked as she took the ring out "yeah I'll go get one from the back, it's a beautiful ring whoever you are getting it for is lucky" "Trust me I'm the lucky one" you responded with a smile and the worker boxed the ring up and you paid for it "good luck" the worker said as you took the bag off her "thank you, have a good day" you said before leaving and making your way back to nevermore.

Larissas pov As soon as y/n left I texted marylin and told her to meet me in the library in 10 minutes, I got ready quickly and made my way down to the library sitting on the normal table and after sitting there for a minute marylin walked in "hey Larissa what's up?" She asked sitting opposite me "I think I'm going to propose to y/n on New Year's Eve so I need you to help me set up the main hall" I explained quickly and marylins face lit up "omg ok how do you want to do it?" She asked taking out her book to write some things down, i proceeded to explain how I wanted it to look and we made a plan together and marylin then asked me a question "have you got the ring yet?" I looked at her and smiled taking my phone out and showing her a picture of a silver ring "I ordered it yesterday I need to go pick it up tomorrow" and marylin took the phone out of my hand and zoomed in on it "that's beautiful Larissa she will love it" she then handed the phone back and we started to go over some final details.
Back to y/n's pov When you got back to nevermore you went back up to your room but weems wasn't there so you hid the ring in your bedside draw and made your way down to the library and like she said she was sat with marylin "hey love" you said kissing her cheek and sitting down next to her "hi darling how was your trip into Jericho?" Weems asked holding your hand "really nice thank you, what are you both talking about?" You asked "we were just finishing our meeting from the other day" thornhill explained and weems agreed "oh I see, weems told me about what you were talking about the other day miss and I think it's a great idea" you said smiling "You know you don't have to call me miss when we're alone y/n" thornhill said and you laughed a bit "Sorry I guess it's a habit what would you like me to call you instead?" "You could call me marylin if you like" "Ok marylin we'll i thank you for bringing up the fact that I should be a teacher here because I would love it" "I thought you might have" thornhill said winking at you. You all sat in the library for a while just talking before weems looked at her phone and saw that it was nearly 9 "it's getting late now so we should get going" she explained and you agreed "can you wait for me outside dear I just need to talk to marylin quickly" you smiled and nodded "don't take to long though" you said leaving the library "ok so here's my card and buy whatever you need to" weems said handing her card to marylin "ok I'll try my best, have a good night" she said whilst standing up "you too marylin and thank you for helping me" weems said heading to the door "it's no problem Larissa, im glad your happy" and with that weems came out to you and thornhill made her way to her room.
