Chapter 41 - Graduation

2 years later in June

You woke up to the sound of everyone in the corridors talking and as you stretched you realised that it was your last day as a student and you smiled before turning to weems who was already changed "what's the smile for?" She asked kissing you on the cheek "im graduating today!" You said jumping into her arms "I know love and I invited some people for you" you looked at her confused and she laughed before holding your hand "get ready and then you can come see them" you tried to get her to tell you who it was but she wouldn't tell you so you just got changed into a pair of jeans with a baggy white t-shirt and the Jordan 4s weems got you for Christmas before putting your robe on top of it and your hat, you then joined weems in her office "how do I look?" You said whilst spinning "you look great darling, are you ready to go meet everyone?" She asked standing up and joining you "yes I want to know who's here" you said holding her hand and she led you to the front of the school and covered your eyes "no peeking dear" she said whispering in your ear and you just stood there until you felt someone hug you and weems moved her hands and your sisters and dad were there
"hey y/n" Lizzie said and you smiled hugging violet who was hugging you tightly "what are you guys doing here?!" You asked whilst enjoying the hug "well Larissa invited us and you didn't think we would miss your graduation did you?" Your dad said kissing you on the cheek "I just didn't expect this thank you all for coming" you said finally letting go of violet and when you saw her your jaw dropped "how come your taller then me now! What am I supposed to call you?" You asked pushing her lightly "I guess I should call you little one now" she said with a laugh and you shook your head "never" you said smiling before turning to Larissa "thank you Rissa" you said kissing her lightly "I thought you might've like it but we need to get going now" she said holding your hand "I saved you three some seats so make your way to them and we will see you after" weems said to everyone and they all smiled and thanked her before making there way to their seats and you joined Wednesday and Enid in your seat "hey guys" you said sitting down "hey y/n! Are you excited?" Enid said holding your arm "Im very excited" you said with a smirk "what are you going to do y/n? I know that look" you shrugged your shoulders "I don't know what your talking about Enid" you said and before she could respond weems started to talk at the front of the crowd and your eyes we're fixated on her and her beauty "welcome everybody we are here to celebrate the end of all of these students last day. It has been a fantastic 3 years and you were all great students and you will all be missed." She then started to read people's names out and they all went onto the stage to collect there certificates and after a while your name was called so you walked onto the stage but instead of shaking weems' hand you pulled her by the collar into a kiss "thank you miss weems" you said with a smile and walked off the stage leaving her and everyone else in shock "I knew you were going to do something" Enid said whilst you sat back down next to her "how could I not" you said laughing and after everyone's name had been called out you all stood up and threw your hats into the air cheering and hugging. You spent a bit of time with Enid and Wednesday until your sister came up behind you and punched your arm "that's for Larissa" Lizzie stated and you just laughed "I think I'm going to get a lot more then a punch for doing that. But you have to admit it was funny" you said smiling and Lizzie couldn't help but agree "so do you all want to get something to eat or do you have to head back?" You asked looking at your dad "we can stay for a little bit" he said and you smiled "great we can go for lunch at the weathervane, let me go tell Larissa and then we should be able to go soon" you said walking away and making your way to weems "hey love we're going to go to the weathervane if you would like to join?" You asked with an innocent smile "I think you should spend some alone time with your family but don't think you won't be punished for that thing you did on stage" she said holding your arm tightly and you were speechless "I think you should get going darling I'll see you later" you just nodded and went back to everyone.

You drove in weems' car and your dad drove behind following you because they had to leave straight after and you parked the car near the weathervane and so did your dad and you all made your way into the cafe sitting down in your usual booth "ok does anyone want anything to eat?" You asked handing out some menus "no I think we're all fine we can just get a drink" your dad said and everyone agreed so you waved at Tyler and he came over "hi y/n no weems today?" He asked and everyone laughed "no not today, could I just get my usual" you said and everyone else ordered aswell "I'll be back soon" Tyler said and you thanked him before he left. You spent a while catching up with everyone and finally they started to ask about the wedding "so is there a date yet?" Lizzie asked "not yet but it will be very soon me and Larissa have been planning it for a long time" you said with a smile whilst playing with the ring that was now on your finger "ok we'll don't leave it too long because I already have my dress" violet said and you laughed "I'll try not to" you looked over at your dad and he had tears in his eyes "what's wrong dad?" You asked moving your hand to his "im just so proud of you kid and I can't believe how far you have come" you felt your eyes water as he said that "thank you dad, would you like to walk me down the isle?" You asked squeezing his hand a little "I would love to y/n" he said and you hugged him "thank you for being here" you said and just sat with him for a bit. After 30 minutes you had all finished drinking "ok we'll I'll go pay for this then we should get going" your dad said standing up "I can pay if you want" you said standing up but he refused so you sat back down and said bye to Lizzie and violet "I'll see you both soon, I think the wedding will probably be next month so be ready" you said hugging both of them "we love you y/n and we can't wait" Lizzie said and you let go of the hug "i love you too" you walked them all to the car and hugged your dad goodbye before they drove off and you went back into the weathervane getting 3 hot chocolates for you, weems and thornhill before making your way back to nevermore. When you got back you found both Larissa and marylin at the front gate talking to a few students so you parked the car and made your way to the both of them handing them their drinks "what's this?" Weems asked and you smiled "hot chocolate"
"We'll thank you y/n" marylin said drinking but weems moved her head closer to yours making her lips nearly touch your ear "this won't make your punishment easier" she whispered and it sent shivers through your body but you played it off "I love you to Rissa" you said kissing her cheek "how long until you will be free?" You asked holding her hand "about an hour but I'm busy tomorrow as everyone is leaving then" weems said in a slightly annoyed tone "ok we'll I'll head up to the room and see you there" you said before walking away and sitting in your room.
