So um...omg I just finished this fanfic. I know the ending was probably not what you all hoped – or expected – but I'm hoping it made sense.

Here are some questions and answers if you are interested :) - SPOILERS! If you somehow have clicked this without finishing the book yet, you might want to do that first.

Bear with me, imma pretend to be a famous author for a sec.

Why did I make this more about the reader helping Rascal, say, instead of usual fanfics that focus on the character doing stuff for the reader?

I found myself thinking, 'What would it really be like if a random Magic Bearer (with a deadly vision curse) went and helped fight the Glitter Force?' Of course Rascal would not be all over her in under a week, even hundreds of months, of course Rascal would not be making many first moves because, considering his past, (and personality) he has no experience with romantic relationships and is working through his own shit, and you know, his binding curse to slave for his father and to revive him. This explains Rascal's tendency to hesitate and become embarrassed quickly from an act as simple as holding hands, or wanting to hold hands. Although, I wouldn't be surprised if he researched the hell out of books he found growing up, proving his surprising skills in bed. In a nutshell, Rascal is not the type at all to fall for someone that easily (except for Mr Jupiter of course;), or know what to do when it happens. He would simply push it away and continue with life. I just wanted to make it realistic.

What did the ending mean?

So in case the ending didn't make sense, it was supposed to reference the term 'shifting.' If you are unsure about what that is, shifting involves moving your consciousness into an alternate or your 'desired' reality. (Look it up for more info.) This story was originally for myself and you know – I come up with the strangest twists and ideas, but I had it all worked out before I began posting, I had it all planned and whether it's real or not, (I haven't tried) the first place I would shift to is the shadow realm and make this my script. I would be my OC. This is where the idea came from. Although I would definitely change the ending, and of course the pain thing...and the ...killing and stuff... Maybe I'll try it and let you know how it goes. (If someone does this, please someone try doing this, I will do anything, I will dedicate a section and add your story with it, I will literally do anything)

What the heck were the visions about/what did they mean?

I didn't go much into depth about them but that's what this book is, a script, that the reader wrote before shifting from this universe to the Glitter Force universe. That's why the reader was having visions about planet earth, but didn't know why and that's why she couldn't see that it was planet earth as she had scripted to forget. She had been there in the Glitter Force universe for 19 years, even grew up again and stayed for too long that the universe wanted to pull her back to where she truly belongs, on earth in her own dimension. It wasn't the first time she's tried too... (A quick PSA, the earth and dreams and visions and pain does NOT happen when you shift lmao, this was a weird idea I added in.)

What happened with the deal the reader made in the earlier chapters? And why didn't she try stealing energy off Rascal like the story was building up for her to do?

Simple. I completely forgot then conveniently remembered towards the end – sorry!

Was the chosen ending my first idea for the ending?

No actually, my original plan was for Rascal to sacrifice himself by giving up his energy to Nogo in order for Nogo to heal the reader, but of course Nogo wouldn't stick to his word and then we would have had a dead Rascal and reader. It was just a little too much to write for a short ending and just decided on not doing that haha. I was also going to just make the reader die, the Glitter Force win and it would have been too late to save the reader. Or my last idea was to have Rascal the only one who dies either being killed by nogo or healing the reader himself but that would not have been satisfying to anyone I think if reader was going to leave anyway.

If you want a separate ending where no one dies, let me know, I might have a go.

Did I lose interest in the Glitter Force part way through my story?

Yes. (eek, I know!) I think it was because I just kept writing and didn't stop. It was a lot, but I continued because I planned my story, it was fun and I like writing. Obviously I still am obsessed with Rascal, just maybe not as much as before. And maybe...it might have something to do with the fact that I wrote an entire novel of him.

Where the fuck did Emperor Nogo escape off to towards the end before the war?

Who knows, I don't even know. The point is he left and that gave reader and Rascal some alone time;)

What about the reader not using contractions much?

This is just a simple quirk I add to at least one character in all of my stories, but if I had to give a reason from the reader's backstory I would say that it's because Morpheus had such a big influence on her that she began to copy his way of speaking as she looked up to him a lot.
