Jungkook's big eyes wander between the cake in front of him and Taehyung, who is standing and leaning his palms on the table placed in their favorite window side spot at the art cafe, with a smile on his face.

"Should I be afraid?"

Taehyung puckers his lower lip, "Don't you like it?"

"Don't I like what? That I'm going to die?"

"You're exaggerating, Kookie, it's just a slice of cake. Can't I feel like it?"

"Of course you can," Jungkook's eyebrows furrowed sweetly, "If I have a fatal disease."

"You talk like I don't always take care of you like a baby." Taehyung says in a tone close to whining.

Then he sits opposite the younger one with unhurried movements. He doesn't really care if he leaves Yoongi alone while he's running here and there in a cafe full of customers.

"I'm not saying that you don't baby me -it's something I really love- but I know this cake of yours, Hyung, it's your either I have a problem or I have a request cake." Jungkook says as he brings the forked chocolate raspberry cake to his mouth.

The moment he tastes the cake, his eyebrows furrow furiously and his lips pucker up, making tiny moaning sounds, "How can you do this shit with the same delicious taste every single time, are you a fairy or something?"

Taehyung smiles big at him being like this, watching him eat the things he likes has always made him happy.

"I just thought we'd have a little chat while you are eating your cake."

"Yeah right," an impatient expression settles on Jungkook's face, "Spill it, Hyung."

"I was wondering if you needed anything. I mean, you were used to living alone and now you're suddenly two people in your house—"

"Ah, I see," Jungkook grumbles amusedly as his mouth is filled to the brim, "It's Jimin."

"I don't like the expression on your face."

"I don't care," the younger one waves his fork at Tae, "You always chose me to tease out about Jimin and it gives me a lot of joy."

Taehyung rolls his eyes, "Forget it."

When he tries to get up from the table, Jungkook stops him with a quick wave of his hand, "No, no, don't go, let's talk."

Taehyung slowly sits back down as if by grace, giving him a sideways glance while waiting for him to speak.

"We don't need anything, Jimin and I have lived together before, we are used to it, you know," Jungkook says with a shrug, "We just carry on as if he hasn't gone anywhere."

"Does that mean he's going to stay with you?"

Jungkook squints his eyes, he is a smart kid enough to realize that this is not a random question, "Is there any chance that you heard about Jaeyoung?"
