Chapter 18- DON'T TOUCH ME

Snow days are so fun. Especially on the weekend. I spent the night at Sev's quarters and I must say it's the best sleep I've had in ages. I woke up in his warm arms and his sent with my head in the crook of his neck, the best feeling ever is waking up in the arms of your lover.

He made breakfast for me and told me to travel back to my common room safely due to the cold and snow completely careless of the fact I was still in his shirt and sweats. "Travel safely now ,love, I don't want you getting frostbite,"

"I'll try not to get frostbite, besides I'll have to get changed like super quickly to catch up with my friends, and if they ask where I was I'll just say I fell asleep in the library,"

"Good, you know you can come back here if it gets too much,"

"Thanks Severus," we leaned into an embrace,shared a gentle kiss and said goodbye to one another.

I arrived back dorm to find Rowan and Penny still soundly asleep. What a relief. It was 7 a.m after all. I just climbed back into bed pulled back the curtains of my four poster bed and read my book since I couldn't get back to sleep. Within a few minutes Penny woke up. "Morning gal," I said.

"Hi, (y/n), where the fuck were you last night?" She asked half asleep.

"I fell asleep in the library," her eyes widened.

"What? Did you get caught? Were there points taken from you?" She whisper shouted. Reason she's asking is because she's a prefect.

"I did get caught by Snape but I didn't get any points taken surprisingly,"

"Probably because you're his favourite,"

"Shut up!" We then suddenly heard a loud yawn and realised that Rowans awake.

"Morning sleepy head," Penny said.

"Hi, snow day today, wooo,"

"Yep, I'm gonna tear you down you know Row! Since I'm officially the third wheel for you and Ben!" I yelled.

"Yeah, you're just jealous, (y/n) and don't forget about me and Barnaby,"

"Oh yeah, (y/n) why don't you go on a date with someone? I know why not go out with Charlie he's nice?"

"Yeah I know but he's not my type, besides he likes dragons more than his own love life!" Based off of truth.

"Oh come on! You'd be a great couple," we all giggled.

After breakfast at the great hall, we went outside down by the training grounds where flying class took place. I only had a small slice of toast as I was already full from what Sev gave me. The snow had covered inches of the ground, it was perfect, so I started building a snowman as Ben and Barnaby approached us, I named the snowman Larry. "Nice snowman girls," Ben said.

"Thank you," replied Rowan. Next thing I knew a snowball was thrown straight into my face, it was Charlie!

"HEY THAT HURT!" I jokingly said. It only hurt a tiny bit.

"Sorry but I got your attention now, though," Rowan wriggled her eyebrows at me and I flipped her off. I only ever spoke to Charlie in the library and on occasions at Hagrid's, he studies dragons you see and hopes to go to Romania after we finish at Hogwarts to study dragons further. The boy was like a brother to me, mind ya I've known him since I was 7.

"Great now, let's have a little snowball fight and just saying DONT HIT LARRY HES A SENSITIVE SNOWMAN!" Rowan yelled which caused us all to start laughing.

What an eventful afternoon that was. We quite literally fought to the death with snowballs! Tulip, Andre, Maddie and Jae came and joined us in the raid, which each and every one of us were knocked to the floor laughing our arses off. It was so fun.
