EU POV

After that horrifying meeting I then went to Russia's dorm to tell him about it. What a pain in the neck, I just hope that Phil isn't that bothered about Russia being a smoker. I finally came into his room and knock. I knock 3 times but no answer, again, no answer. I can't wait any longer and just opened the door myself using the keys of course. I went in and saw his roommates, Germany and Spain asleep. Germany on the table holding his papers while sleeping and Spain is sleeping on the couch. I went in and they still haven't noticed me, I just ignored the two and went to Russia's room. I am now infront of his room, I knock and without seconds he opened the door. While slowly and lazily opening his door he said something.

"Blyat!! Belgium!! What do I have to tell you that I don't want to go-" Before he could finish his sentence he look at me awkwardly. And I was just looking at him wondering if he had a relation with Belgium.

"Uhmm...." He mumbled and I just looked at him gazing.

"It's not what you think EU" He said in a very speedy voice.

"Huh?" I lied trying not to make this awkwardness even more intense.

"(Sigh) What do you want EU?" He questions. I hesitate at first and just sighed and told him.

"I'm sorry to say this to you but, you are going to be transferred to another dorm"

"WHAT!!! Again!!" He scream.

"Just hear me out, this is UN's orders not mine. So, this is your punishment for being stubborn in school" I said and he knows this will happen. And just nod and went in getting ready. I then went out because he already understands what I was talking. He then speak.

"What room will I be staying EU?" He asked and I don't want to ruin his attitude so I just told him what room he will be staying.

"Your staying in room 108, and don't smoke there. The student who stays there is very sensitive so don't bring any" He stiffs and ignores it. I just left and went to my office doing work. Just hopes Phil won't be that bothered at all.

NATO POV

I went in the north building so that I can tell America about this. UN has gut's to put the two in his own daughters room. Sigh~ I think this will be the best for him anyway. Room 209......After a while, I finally found his room. I knock on it and without seconds the door opened revealing Canada only wearing a boxer. What the puking sinister!!! Canada seemed surprised and was clearly trying to hide his exposed abs.

"NATO? What a surprise....what are you'doing here? He asked trembling. I massaged my temple and talk, trying to ignore his exposed body.

"I am just here to talk-" My words then was cut off.

"Oh sorry NATO, I'm just going to Uhmm.....wear something comfortable. Oh and please do come in. And also don't mind the mess, I'll be right back sir" He then left, I went in as I was told...in..this... messy.. uncomfortable room. I sat down on the couch but I felt something when I sat down, it was a
.........Alcohol......... can't believe it, this kids are really not good at cleaning. I sighed and just stand right up straight. I can't handle this mess!! The plates are not washed, the living room is full of bottles of alcohol and for some reason there is a woman's underwear here. That kid!!

After a few minutes I heard a loud noise upstair. A scream?

"AHHH!!!!!!"

What the?!

"Australia!!!! Please stop!! Please freaking stop!!! Fine!! Fine!! I will give it to you!! Just stop this snake lurking in my body!! Ahh!!!" I heard America scream and that is when I started running upstairs and went to America's room making the door burst itself open.
