(This is during the Rescue chapter where everyone is raiding the fortress)

“Philippines,” under the blue moon, the sea reflects the white luminous light of the moon, two form stand face-to-face upon one another, “I'm sure you have come here, despite the security, to come and meet me. How lovely of you~”

Philia's face turned to grimace, “Not as lovely as meeting you, I never thought you'd make me break my brothers rules like that”

“You must be desperate then” He grins, Philia quickly held out her gun, pointing at his neck with unbelievable speed. “Woah, woah, tiger~ You sure are wit, I have to admit, that's kinda hot” The man flirts, putting both of his hands up to his face.

“Cut the chase, what do you want with me?” Philia retorted, the thick foreign accent of the man quickly sounded as of, German.

“Hahaha.. impatient are we? Don't worry, we all have the time we could all need in here” The man responds while looking around the surrounding, only sand and large canopies in the background can be seen, aside from the sound of the waves hitting the shore, unknown creatures from the darkness whisper upon the air in silence.

Philia didn't want to be in this situation, she never willingly wanted to be here. But because of that threat, she has no choice but to do what she needs to do.

“You sent me that paper like it was nothing to you” Philia angrily said. The man chuckled evily, taking a cigarette from his hand then lit it.

Philia puts down her gun, still wary and defensive. She knows the danger that lurks around this man, yet she still can't help but go.

“Imagine this cigarette is a country leader, like you”, he gestures, putting the lit cigarette in front of her, “country leaders have a tremendous amount of power that not only can rule humans, but other leaders too” Philia listened, not sure what he meant by being metaphorical, but she knows a country leader can rule over other country leaders.

“And we all live by our morals, right, Philia?”

“That depends on your definition of morality”

The man puffs out a cloud of smoke, enjoying this conversation. “You are correct, but following what we say, human moral standards, we always do good for the others” He walks Philia in circles while Philia gazes at his movements, “and that just seems so heroic and brave!” He dropped the cherry sound and stopped, facing the seas.

“However, following your morals could end up killing you, in a way”

“What do you mean by that?” Philia ask, wondering what he's trying to say.

The man looks at her, his blood eyes piercing to her soul, “When a country leader uses his power for others, his life force will be drained and  you what happens next?”

Philia's heart rate fastened, every word and gaze he gives her is like a personal death threat. She honestly knows what'll happen, the worst case scenario for every country leader. “T-they...die

“Correct, they die. A worthless and meaningless death” Philia's head shot up, looking at him, a surge of blood runs through her face, a feeling she neither can explain or can't explain.

“Meaningless? Is that what you call the sacrifices people do for others? Ha!” She took a step, an eager look on her face. “Poeple sacrifice themselves for the sake of others to live!”

“And those people you save will end up wasting theirs to a meaningless death” He came close to her, “this is REALITY, Philia. You won't know that the poeple you save will end up wasting theirs, your death will be in VAIN” Philia couldn't speak as the man made distance from her.

“Okay, I've indulge myself too much” The man took out pictures in his pocket and threw at it to Philia, she picked it up and her eyes widen in horror.

“N-No...no..” She clutched the photos, hard.

“Thats the look, Philia. Despair and pain!” He yelled, satisfied by seeing Philia's reaction.

“What have you done to him!” She pointed her gun at him.

“I have not done nothing to him, yet” he grinned, devilishly. “Lets make a deal, Philia. I'll let him off, once you surrender yourself to me” His tone deepen, there was no sound of joke in it, only pure evil.

Philia looked down at the photos of America, seeing him locked up and tortured ached her heart to pieces. The risk of him dying, is a thousand.

After an eerily minutes of quiet, Philia finally stood up, wiping tears from her eyes and looked at him, angrily. “Promise you'll let America go”

He grins, “I'll willingly let him and his friends go, if you let yourself go”

The chained past, the story and fate she can't avoid, “I'll go”

...

(Five months since the rescue operation)

Within the walls of World Academy's prestige hallway to the organizations office, all seems tranquil and quiet. The rays of the sun refracting through the glass windows, polished floors that can smile your reflection and chandeliers that glisten in the light. However, that ended long after Martial and Del marched in the hallways, faces tired and dangerous. Guards and some capitals already attempted to stop them from barging in, but it was too late.

They were not calm.

They were angry.

They were hurt.

They were disheartened.

And they were...gonna murder someone.

Because in this situation isn't SOME situation.

“I'll find you, Philia...”
