R4N- Chase

Zack was at his house with July and Marlene for now, but soon he'd be alone, and that wasn't looking good for him.

"Shit, I have to work," Marlene said standing up and July looked at Zack. "Ed texted me, I have to go, think you'll be good alone?" July asked and he nodded. "Yep, go on," he said and the two left the house. He went into the kitchen to grab a plate when his phone rang.

He walked over to it and answered. "It's Zack, hello?" He said and the voice snickered. "Hello Zack," the voice said, and he put on a confused look. "Who's this?" He asked and the voice snickered again. "I'm here to end you, the past killers failed, so I have to make it up," the voice said and that's when Zack knew exactly who was on the other end.

"Look, you know how many people have tried to do this? You aren't special and your fate will be the same as the others," he said confidently. "Oh don't be so sure, the others were weak and stupid, but I'm the exact opposite," the voice said he smiled to himself. "You'll never win," Zack said and the voice chuckled. "Watch me," the voice said and the line disconnected.

Zack was about to run upstairs but it was too late, he turned around and the killer was already standing there. "Shit," he whispered to himself and then he ran up the stairs and the killer followed shortly after. He grabbed a knife, "come on asshole, I don't have all day!" He yelled pointing the knife at the killer and the killer took out theirs. "Mine is swifter," the killer said and Zack eyed the knife. "Duck," he said before throwing the knife directly at the killer, stabbing him in the thigh. He then ran back down the stairs.

He opened the door but another killer was standing there so he closed it immediately. He then ran over to the window and jumped out of it. He ran away as fast as he could and when he turned, both of the killers were in pursuit of him. He then saw Ed's police car and thanked the lord.

He ran over to the car out of breath. He started rambling on and Ed put one of his hands on his shoulder. "Okay take a deep breath and let me know what happened," Ed said and Zack listened. "Okay so two killers attacked me and I was running and if you weren't here I would've died," he said and Juky exited the car. "Shit I knew we shouldn't have left you alone," July said and then she hugged him. "We have to kill them, I don't care who it is, they attack Zack, I'm not letting that slide," July said and Ed agreed.

"Hey, you okay?" Tyler asked walking up to Roman and he nodded. "Yeah, just wondering why the killers came back, that's all," he said and Tyler put one of his hands on Roman's shoulder. "I know how hard it is to be related to someone crazy, makes you feel a little crazy too," he said and Roman smiled, "yeah you're spot on," Roman said and Tyler smiled. "I've known you for like 5 years and you still haven't told me about your family aside from Zack," Roman said and Tyler looked down. "Yeah about that, it's just, they're crazy," Tyler said and Roman smiled, "I've seen worse," he said and Tyler chuckled. "Okay but don't get like weirded out or anything," he said and Roman nodded. "Okay so my mom, has OCD, and my dad he's schizophrenic. They were never really in the right state of mind when we were growing up so I usually had to find for myself," he said and Roman nodded. "I see," Roman said and Tyler nodded. "But I promise, I'm not like them, I'm not crazy," Tyler said and Roman smiled and nodded. "I believe that," he said and Tyler smiled at Roman.

Marlene walked with Liam to the house where Juky, Ed, and Zack were. "I've been investigating people lately, they haven't seen anything," Liam said, and Marlene sighed. "We need to get justice for Nathan, and everyone else who died," Marlene said and Liam nodded. "I know, I've investigated 37% of the residents, I plan on investigating more but it's hard working alone," Liam said and Marlene smiled. "You don't have to," she said and he smiled back at her.

Barbara went out to eat by herself because Julia was sick at her house but that might've been a grave mistake.
