"Hey July, I think we've got a lead," Roman said over the phone. "I'm guessing Mitch and Ariana had matching injuries," July said as Roman smiled. "Exactly, I'm going to the station, meet you there?" Roman asked as July agreed, they then hung up the phone. "Actually, can we stop by the house, I left some of my things there," Miles said as Roman nodded. "Sure, but we have to be in and out," Roman said and Miles nodded.
The three exited the car and entered the house when Cory's phone began to ring. "Hello?" He said when he answered it, Miles seemingly disappeared. "Hello Cory, what brought you back?" The killer asked as Cory shrugged. "Miles needed something, and we already know who you are," Cory said as the killer snickered. "You're funny as fuck if you think that lousy son of a bitch and his whore girlfriend are the killers," the killer said as Cory tilted his head. "Well come and reveal yourself," Cory said as the killer hung up the phone, Miles coming back from upstairs.
"Wait where the hell were you at?" Roman asked as Miles eyed him. "Grabbing my bags and things from upstairs, what happened?" Miles asked as Cory eyed Roman. "Got a call, one of the killers, but we know who they are, right Roman?" Cory asked as Roman rolled his eyes. "Sure I guess," Roman said when Cory's phone began to ring again. "Okay, what the hell do you want sicko," Cory said as the killer snickered. "I want to find a way to end at least one of you tonight, but it depends on which one, so take your pick," the killer said as Cory questioned their intentions. "I can either kill that pesky social media influencer, James, that bitch firefighter, Josh, or businesswoman Samantha," the killer said as Cory squinted his eyes. "I'd say, James," Cory said as the killer snickered. "On my way to kill him now," the killer said as they hung up the phone.
"I'm just here to ask you a few questions, then I'll be on my way," Michael said and James nodded. "Sure officer," James said and Michael smiled. James' phone then began to ring. "Oh, let me get that," James said as he answered. "I only planned on killing you, but I got a two for one huh," the killer said as James handed Michael the phone. "I don't know what to do," James said ad Michael took the phone. "Look, it would be best if you just fucked off," Michael said as the killer snickered. "Hope July won't miss ya," the killer said as they hung up. "We need to go," Michael said as James followed him.
Michael opened the front door when he was pushed back by the killer and stabbed in the stomach. James struck the killer with his fist and helped Michael back up. "Where do we go?" James asked as Michael shrugged and held his wound. "Let's try the backdoor," Michael said as the two ran to it and opened it. The killer then stabbed James in the stomach twice and pushed him back. The killer then grabbed Michael by his neck and raised him. "Wrong place, wrong time," the killer said as they stabbed him repeatedly. James got up and punched the killer in the back of the head. "Big mistake," the killer said as they turned and slashed James's stomach. They then slit James' throat and stabbed him five more times before stabbing Michael three more times. "So annoying," the killer said as they left the scene.
"I need gas, let's stop by the gas station," Roman said as he pulled up to one. "I feel horrible, what if I just got someone killed?" Cory asked as Roman shook his head. "There was nothing you could've done," Roman said and Cory nodded. Cory's phone then began to ring again. "Tick, tock, tick, tock, times running out," the killer said as Cory answered. "Go into the gas station if you know what's good for you," the killer said as the line disconnected. "Maybe we should listen, it might be able to help us out," Miles said and Roman nodded as the three entered the gas station.
"Close this place down now!" Roman yelled as the cashier looked at him. "There's a crazy masked killer behind us somewhere, please just do it," Roman said and the cashier waved him off. "Your loss," he said as the three ran to the back of the store. Suddenly, the killer opened the door. "It's not Halloween yet," the cashier said as the killer jumped over and stabbed them in their throat. Everyone else then began to panic.
"Cory! Miles! Come out, come out, wherever you are!" The killer yelled, the three began to hold their breath as the killer inched toward them. "You know, you all think you're slick, tough, but I'm always one step ahead," the killer said as they reached over and grabbed Miles by his shirt, stabbing him twice in the stomach. Cory punched the killer as the three made a break for it to the front door when they were met with the other killer. The other killer then grabbed Cory and started to choke him as the first killer jumped on top of Miles and began to stab him repeatedly. "I'm sorry," Roman said as he ran out the front door and to his car, driving away.
"Roman! Where's everyone else?" July asked as Roman gave her a look. "Shit, that just leaves you, me, and Josh, I found James and Michael's bodies," July said as Roman exhaled. July then got a call, "Hello?" She said as she answered it and the killer snickered. "It's almost time for Act Three, Meet us at the broken-down hospital, I'm sure it'll bring back memories," the killer said as they hung up, the remaining three exchanged the same look as they left.
